you can easily swim right there. It is also a nice place for a stroll. Even on the busiest August weekend the area was not too crowded. There are good restaurants in walking distance (the hotel restaurant now serves only breakfast). We also found the parking simple -- either there was a space in front of the hotel or we parked up the hill in a large lot reserved for the hotel that was well marked and maybe five minutes away. As to the room, the bathroom (in our "parkview") was large and seemed newly renovated, with plenty of hot water. We also had a "seaview" room on the ground floor, and although the view was across the parking lot, you still had a pretty view of the sea and the promenade. Both rooms had big comfortable armchairs and the beds were huge, if a little hard. At night it was completely quiet -- no traffic on the road and very peaceful. Main disadvantages: The rooms were a little dark and one had an odor of fried food.

... No sandy beach but the beach that was there was still great. I also liked how friendly the staff and owner was and how they provided beach towels and beach mats for the guest to use if they did not have their own. Very informational and friendly. Main disadvantages: The breakfast was not all that good. Nice to have included but could be better.

The staff is very friendly, especially the owner, Mr. Nico. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. We spent some really beautiful days in this hotel. Main disadvantages: Everything was OK, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

There is a good airconditioning in the room and the beds are good. You can have your breakfast on the outside restaurant with view over the sea. Main disadvantages: There is not enough parking space directly at the hotel but there is a hotel parking 200 meters from the hotel (on the grass).

Main advantages: It is conveniently located near Zadar, across the street from the bay. It has a very pretty view, on the water side. Show more

It is quiet. Walking on the bay at dawn is very pleasant, and you can see the locals buy fish and bread along the water. The owner, Nico, is quite a character and it is fun to listen to his stories. The rooms are air conditioned, which is very important in Croatia in July and August, because the temperatures often exceed 100 degrees during the day. The beds are comfortable. There is free parking right outside, and there are some good restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast buffet is average, but they make ham and eggs which are yummy. Main disadvantages: The rooms are stuffed with ugly old furniture. There is no elevator, but that is common in Croatia.

Main advantages: The staff was very friend. The hotel's location was perfect with the ocean right across the road and the city center a 12min bus ride away. Show more

Nico, the owner, was very friendly and did his best to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was good.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Main disadvantages: Wifi is not available in all the rooms but is available in the lounge.

Great location, seaside with fantastic view and cristalin water. Easy access to small towns nearby. Main disadvantages: Only one point; hotel does not provide towels for pool or beach. I think "all inclusive" hotel should include that, it's a basic.

Main advantages: Nice meal and drinks (coffee and wine are excellent), stuff is friendly, but not all. In general it´s a nice place but it is a bit expensive. Show more

Main disadvantages: "All inclusive" actually doesn't mean that all is inclusive. I asked to print 1 page of paper (e-ticket), and the answer was "no, we can't". Also there is no free Wi-Fi. Also you can't eat and drink during night time, and in the rooms there are no tea facilities. Not all stuff speak English and some of them are unfriendly (at least one of cleaning ladies). Transportation to and from is also a problem. If you are not in an organised group you have to order a taxi which is really expensive (7 km trip from Porec ferry terminal cost me 20 Euros, taxi to nearest Pula airport will cost minimum 50 Euros). All excursions are also expensive (more then 70 Euros). And the hotel beach is too small and without sand. But please don't think that the hotel is bad, it just could be better.

There is free transfer to the beach. Main disadvantages: The Hotel is in the the top of the hill. The Hotel is far from the beach. I could not call back to hotel to send a car for me in the beach because the reception was not available. :(

The suite was spacious, clean and had a stunning view over the bay of split.

Sea view from 3-4 floor rooms. Good resto (a very good quality of food, even our 4 years old son was satisfied, and also - extremely nice staff))) Main disadvantages: No their own beach, but public beach is accessible, and you can also use the beach of 5* hotel (additional pay needed)

There was a free daily shuttle to and from plitvice np and breakfast was included. Main disadvantages: Barking dogs at night from residents houses over the fence. Wore earplugs though so it was fine.

Nice place and good value overall. Ask the bus driver to drop you there when arriving, then walk down hill under sign for kamp korana. Main disadvantages: Wifi is only by the main info office and theres lots of people hanging around at times to connect. It's a large campground so things are spaced out somewhat far depending where you are staying, e.g. bungalows. Wish the doors to bungalows were fully covered... they only have louvres.

Bar, and Restaurant add a nice sociable addition. Mini-market is a lot bigger than expected, and has a large variety to purchase. Main disadvantages: There are no kitchen facilities available onsite (for those hiring the bungalows). Also the grill was not open as it was not yet 'peak' season.

we stayed at bungalows- well you cant expect much from the one small room with two beds- but the nature was so near to you and so beautiful. for camping site- it was really, really good.
