Main disadvantages: Room rather small but fine since we weren't in room except for resting. High bed a bit difficult to get into. Will ask next time for room away from alley due to loud trash pick up very early in morning.

Main advantages: Very convenient to Riverwalk San Antonio. Near to attractions and restaurants. Obtained great price from Booking.com. Room clean. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Generally quiet.

Main advantages: As a fequent traveler I was very impressed with the facilities. Very comfortable and well kept. The customer service on the other hand was only fair and the blonde lady that worked behind the counter on my last evening was not a people person.

Main disadvantages: Our bedroom did not smell very clean, the upboard light could not be turned off and we did tell the staf. And on the Sunday we returned to our room at 5:00 pm and the room was not made up. It was done within an hour, but it was not good. I feel that your young staff, who do a remarkable job, do not appear to have a great deal of support.

Main advantages: It had atmosphrer, great location and lovely old features

Main disadvantages: When checking in they had no record of our reservation (Not sure if this is the fault of the St. Anthony or Booking.com). Many facilities listed on booking.com were not included in the room (coffee pot, iron, etc.). The front desk staff was sometimes semi-rude. The inhouse bar and restaurant were open only at limited times and not open at the posted times.

Main advantages: The facility was beautiful. The location was convenirnt to the river walk and attractions. The rooms were clean and the bed was the most comfortable I have slept in for a very long time.

Main advantages: The lobby was beautiful. Mhy daughter said it reminded her of the picture of the Titanic. Romantic, elegant. The rooms were spacious! Loved everything about it.

Main disadvantages: The hotel was testing the fire alarm system the morning after our night. Sound didn't last forever but it was loud and off putting. Only happens once a year, so I guess we were unlucky.

Main advantages: A step back in time. Beautiful old hotel with an impressive bar / lobby. Bed was deliciously soft.

Main disadvantages: I didn't like the size of our room it was really small. Also the bed would make a noise even when you would move a leg. It was extremely loud. Also the toilet in the bathroom was gross it was clean but was black on the bottom it was gross didn't even want to use it. The shower curtain was to small for the bathroom it was really cold taking a shower. Also the shower is chip and shower didn't have pressure. The price to pay for all those taxes were stupid. 406

Main advantages: I really did like the hotels location. I liked that it was close to the river-walk but far enough away from trouble. I like the oldness of the hotel and all the chandlers. The valet attendants were really nice and helpful

Main disadvantages: On my day of check out, a housekeeper knocked once said housekeeping and unlocked the door to walk in That is rude and it certainly doesnt make people think they are appreciated. I had put the Do Not Distub sign out the evening before but check out is not until noon why on earth would housekeeping want to get into the room before I checked out???

Main advantages: Beautiful hotel, room was very clean and Front Desk and all staff were very friendly and helpful.

Main disadvantages: Presantation, location,staff, overall appearance.

Main advantages: Staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. Did not miss a beat...My kids came to see me for my birthday and the young lady working at the Enterprise Rental car location in Del Rio, tx reccomended your hotel. She certainly did not steer me wrong. Enjoyed it a bunch...

Main disadvantages: Getting WiFi only in the lobby area was an inconvenience, I couldn't pick it up in the lounge area where there were chairs and tables, so I had to perch on a chair in the lobby with the computer in my lap to get my email. I never like paying the extra $10.00 for WiFi in the room when so many hotels provide it without charge as a part of their service. Also, it would be nice if there was a printed guide in the room that showed where local restaurants and services were within the range of a few blocks, knowing there was a Starbucks only a block away on my first morning would have been very, very nice.

Main advantages: Good location, very pleasant and attentive staff, very attractive ground floor lobby, good price.
