Main advantages: The staff was as helpful as they could be considering the amount of information they had to give out ex. Directions to suites, via 2 elevators, down several halls and up stairways.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Self Parking is free on level B3 in the parking Garage of the Cosmopolitan. The garage ramp is located to the left as you are entering the Jockey Club. Valet parking is available for an additional fee at the Porte Cochere. No over-sized vehicles such as RVs, boats, trailers, etc. are permitted. Please note: Hotel charges will appear as Platinum Interchange not Jockey Club Suites. The resort is currently conducting ongoing improvements to common areas, lobby, hallways, elevators, pool area and interior and exterior painting.
