Cancellation
If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 100 will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, a fixed amount of USD 200 will be charged.

Children and extra beds
All children are welcome.
All children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged USD 10 per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Prepay Policy
A fixed amount of USD 200 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Main disadvantages: the room we stayed was far from luxury.... in need of renovation.some wallpaper peeling ...just looking outdated and shabby. but i think the units are privately owned condos...the place is "self catering" bring your own toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, detergent, quarters for the laundry, and everything else you can think of. they had so many rules posted all over the place it made me dizzy. dont forget about the 85 dollars for cleaning that they never do and the 12 percent over and above the rate.

Main advantages: We were upgraded for free to an ocean view room and the view was a complete 180 of the gulf ...we were right on the sand. The hotel is located on gulf blvd 20 minutes from Pier 60 Clearwater Beach to the north and 10 minutes to John's Pass to the south. good shopping...the price of the hotel is competative but you might find beter if you try.

Guest Westerville, Ohio, USA - Rest with children

Main advantages: The location of Holiday Villas III and the beach is more family oriented and quite. (vs the college crowd) The pool was nice and heated. I usually don't rent a car and the use of the Trolley is reasonable and convenient for shopping and going to restaurants. The office staff was extremely helpful in providing information about local churches, places to eat and computer access, etc.

Guest Milford Center, USA - Individual tour

Main advantages: We really loved being steps away from the beach and also getting to view the bay from our balcony. It was really neat to wake up in the morning and watch the dolphins play in the bay. The room was awesome and it had everything we needed...including space, dishes, pots and pans. There isn't really much more you could ask for. The price was outstanding for a room like this.The people were very friendly and nice and they made sure every need and information questions were met. I will return hands down.
