Main disadvantages: Only issue was the external building works during are stay, constant drilling outside window during week days. Being in New York meant we spent little time in the room durting the day

Main disadvantages: The down side was that it was approx. 6 blocks away from the subway.
The furniture in our room was a bit warn, but that did not impact the comfort of our stay.
Main advantages: We liked the friendly staff...they were very helpful when we had questions and were more than willing to provide assistance. Our room was very spacious and clean considering it was NYC where space is at a premium. We felt it was a good deal for the price we paid. The location was safe and relatively quiet. We would definitely stay here again when in NYC.

Main advantages: The Beekman Tower Hotel was in a great part of Manhattan, clean, great
staff, very large accommodations, excellent price and no bad surprises
to deal with. As a first time visitor to Manhattan I had no idea on
where to stay and how to afford something that would meet my families
needs, two teens and a toddler. The Beekman was a very lucky find and I
would recommend to everyone. The subway is in walking distance and in a
safe neighborhood. You are in the center of all major city highlights
including Central Park and amazing museums. There is a kitchenette and
my unit had 1.5 bathrooms which was perfect.

Main disadvantages: Sofa in the living room is not comfortable.
Main advantages: First of all I liked the location - not far from the Central Park (it was important for me as I travelled with a child) and comparatively not far from the office I had to visit while in NY. Also I liked that there was a room cleaning. Previously, when I booked apartments there was no room cleaning (only for additional money). I was plesantly surprised to have my room cleaned.

Main advantages: Not really at the center of Manhattan so we had to do long walks to
Times Square, broadway, Central Park, etc... but good location
nevertheless. It's in a quiet part of the city, accessible to
transportation. Bellman/doorman very helpful & efficient. Front desk
people were prompt. On the first 2 days, however, housekeeping provided
only 2 soaps, 1 small bottle of shampoo (we were a family of 4), did not
replenish our coffee, did not replace washcloth (which we had already
used for 2 days). I called housekeeping on the first night but they
didn't attend to my request. I had to call front desk the following day
& our supplies were promptly replenished thereafter. It's an "old" hotel
but properly maintained. The one-bedroom suite was comfortable for our
family. Loved having a kitchenette complete with an oven, toaster,
coffee machine, plates, utensils & refrigerator. I definitely recommend
this hotel!

Main disadvantages: Only fault I had was that I was sharing with another couple and they had
to go through our room to get to bathroom. Not so gud at nitetime.
Main advantages: Perfect location, not too far from Fifth Avenue for those that want the
shops and most attractions. 15 min walk which was great to start the
day. Room was always clean and staff were so friendly. Loved the rooftop
restaurant too.

Main disadvantages: One thing, the carpet in our room stinks like urine everywhere. When we complain about it, they say its new carpet glue smell. But the carpet is ripped at various places. I just cannot understand why the smell is so strong and nasty. They didnt have another room available for us to switch to so I cannot verify whether its just one room or all the other rooms as well.
Main advantages: Beekman hotel is amazing in terms of bang for your bucks. We got a 850 sq feet room for 260!!! Its amazing. The staff is friendly. The building is in the middle of manhattan but far enough from the busy streets that its still peaceful. I love it.
