Main advantages: Excellent luxury hotel in a nice and quiet part of hectic Istanbul. Staff is very friendly and helpfull! The rooms are very well equipped; bed, bathroom, .... Nice design....very much recommandable!

Main disadvantages: It's a shame you need to pay extra for internet in the room.

Main advantages: The concierge did an excellent job in recommending restaurants and making reservations. He was very good in matching our wishes and mood with a restaurant and in understanding what we were looking for. The room was not very big but beautiful and we liked the bar and terrace.

Main disadvantages: there was few laundy invoices added to my total which they didnt clean , an invoice from the bar when i dont dring alcohol , it was removed when check out , but what if i didnt check carefully ?

Main advantages: I liked the breakfast , it was tasty and very helpful staff , concierge was super , i ve been to as many places as an expert in Istanbul because of Ismaiel , thanx alot

Main disadvantages: Nice design but it's definitely too dark inside - complete lack of the day light at the whole hotel; complete lack of view from the rooms on the 2nd floor; shower room and bathroom built in a wall - not very functional.

Main advantages: Fantastic location; helpful, friendly staff; great music equipment; interesting design; nice colorful lighting; spacious room.

Main disadvantages: The hotel was in an older building and rooms were divided into multiple wings; so access to the rooms, depending on where your room was, was a little odd.

Main advantages: Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Rooms were very nicely appointed.

Main disadvantages: Lack of a swimming pool.

Main advantages: I liked very much the design of whole hotel (rooms, corridors, elavators, etc). The breakfast was also very nice and the staff were really friendly.

Main disadvantages: The room lacked the basics such as a complimentary bottled water, and the location is good - but not the best.

Main advantages: I am no stranger to the W Hotels, and while the W Istanbul is not the best one I have seen so far, my experience there was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was small but very comfortable.

Main disadvantages: the dim lights and the black flooring make it dangerous for someone with poor eyesight to notice the steps thats why i recommend either to increase the lights or mark the slopes and steps with cov lights.

Main advantages: Beautifully designed and comfortable hotel. Away from the main tourist areas yet these areas are within easy reach through public transportation. Some excellent staff who will go out of their way to provide the requested service.

Main disadvantages: Rooms are really small! I got an upgrade from wonderful to fabulous room, supposed to be 40 square meters, but it was closer to 15. The design was great, but you could hardly move around the bed, and the balcony was small, not covered & not useful, since it was raining.

Main advantages: I loved design of the hotel, the location is perfect, both for sightseing & night life.
