Main disadvantages: Only I can mention is the food quality of lounge cafe or restraint. Of course it was OK but not very good. I believe they can improve much. As for Japanese restaurant Miyako was very good in contrary.

Main advantages: Our family travel a lot to many European countries and stayed 5 & min 4 stared hotels but this hotel is the best in terms of service quality of hotel staff (staff training program must be very good), hotel facility (e.g., SPA especially Sauna)+ ice skating even, security, dining. Normally this level of leading hotel of the world registered hotel becomes very snobbish and employees misunderstood they are also high class. All the staffs are well educated, trained, and friendly even security gate person. I think this is because they are all proud of working for the hotel and management policy has been well-established. My kids requested to come back this Xmas holidays. That tells they enjoyed and relaxed, which only true leading hotel of the world can do.

Main advantages: I was first allocated a different room from that I specificly asked for & paid for but when I clear this with the reception they have allocated the right room for me.

Main advantages: Attentive staff (and English fluent), the views, good rooms (had an executive room). Although not cheap at all, it was a good choice. I definitively recommend.

Bashar Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates - Individual tour

Main disadvantages: They didn't allow to my daughter to swim with islamic clothes, which make her fell so sad especially when the response lady their take her out of the swimming pool , I think if this is their rules must put note about this, but as a free country they must allow this,, because this is allowed in all other hotels in turkya.

Athanasios Thessaloníki, Greece - Rest with friends

Main disadvantages: Internet charge, parking charge E.T.C.charges, raise the final price high. The hotel need another one entrance from the coast because the main one is very inconvenient for walking. Poor breakfast for a luxury hotel in executive lounge.

Main advantages: Our room, view, big lobby, friendly staff. Generally luxury. perfect.
