Main advantages: The thing that makes the hotel so good is the unbelievably helpful and
courteous staff. They went out of their way to do anything at any time.
The rooms were a little noisy - not very soundproofed, but the
atmosphere and the people more than make up for it. The hotel restaurant
is very well run and the breakfast fantastic and dinner really
delicious.

Main advantages: The location was very convenient. From our room we could see the garden
of the Topkapi palace and was very peaceful. Most of the famous
historical sites were within 15 minutes walking distance. The staff was
extremely courteous. What we really appreciated was the gesture shown
by the staff when we reached the hotel at 7 am and we were offered to
help ourselves to the buffet breakfast and after that given an
alternative room to rest till the check in time which was at 2 pm. All
this was without any extra charge. All through my travel/holiday
experiences, non other hotel or resort has done that. The guest
relations staff was very helpful in planning your activities and very
efficient. Good value for money!

Main advantages: The staff is beyond excellent. If you want to feel as if you are staying
with your doting aunt, stay here! Very comfortable, clean and welcoming.
The staff, and I mean all of them, are knowledgeable, efficient and
guest focused. They anticipate your needs and follow thru with grace and
charm. If only the rest of the hotel world had their commitment to
excellence!

Main advantages: 5 Star Service with a great staff who actually cares about the specific
needs of the guests. I took my family there and we could not have been
happier. The Sirkeci group owns other hotels including Neo which is
where we ended up and this new hotel is super nice. The best is the
location which is walking to everything and directly next to the metro.
Try their Ottoman restaurant which is yummy.

Main disadvantages: After all,I was satisfied with may stay at Sirkeci Konak.But its start was quite unsatisfactory.
I had booked two doubule rooms per night but they made a mistake and prepared one doubule roome and one single room per night.Moreover I requested the rooms with bathtub and they comfirmed in their e-mail but our rooms did not have a buthtub.
However,in the end,the manager arranged for us two double rooms (but no bathtub) and after that our stay was not so bad.
It was their deplorable mistake.I had to move three times from one room to another room in one night!
Main advantages: Staff were friendly and gave us good service as a professional.
Rooms were clean and very comfortable.
The thing I recomend this hotel most is its location.Topkapı Sarayı and Sultanahmet Camii is only five minutes walk.Also tram station is one minite walk..This hotel was my quiet home while I was staying at Istanbul.It would be good choice for you.

Main advantages: The staff at the Sirkeci Konak in Istanbul were the most attentive,
helpful and approachable hotel employees that I have ever experienced in
many years of travelling internationally. Nothing was too much to ask .
a number of the staff gathered at the door of the Hotel as my husband
and I left and waved us off. It felt like we were farwelling friends.

Main advantages: The hotel's location in the Old City is excellent. So are the rooms,
especially if you have the good luck to occupy one to the front
overlooking Topkapi park. The best feature of the hotel, however, is the
perfect style and attitude of the hotel personnel. In all our travels we
have never experienced so devoted front desk and restaurant personnel. A
perfect combination of natural friendliness and professional guest
support. A real treat.

Main advantages: Unbelievable experience. We've stayed at hundreds of hotels in our travels, both business and leisure, and have never experienced the levels of service, care and attention as we have at Sirkeci Konak. From the restaurant staff right through to the manager, nothing was a bother and everyone went over and above to ensure our stay was a pleasurable one. We have a 1 year old and the attention paid to him was also nothing short of spectacular. If you go to Istanbul and want fantastic service, facilities (pool, sauna, turkish bath all on level -2), rooms, a great restaurant, staff that tend to your every need, convenient location and value for money, look no further than Sirkeci Konak.
