Main advantages: I wish we could have stayed much longer, it was beautiful, we were only
there to sleep because we had an early flight. Front desk staff was
amazing, everyone was. I hope to return soon.

Main disadvantages: The only thing that I can complain about is that we had to pay for our
wireless. And then we got charged for using the cable too...
Main advantages: This hotel has everything you need from Shops, Hair dressors,
resterurnats, spas, pools. All the staff are extremley helpfull. We
stayed in a club suite and had access to the club lounge - If you can
afford to get a club room we would highly recommend it as we had
unlimited access to internet, food and drinks from early morning to
9.30pm. The pool area is really nice too.

Main advantages: It was just about perfect. Close to the airport but not under the flight path . Convenient for Istanbul City -15 mins taxi. Great transport -shuttles and taxis . Fitness facilities -pool gym etc . Great views . Greta breakfast .

Main advantages: I liked my room because of its view, comfort and being near to the
outdoor pool. I liked the hotel because of its beach, access to airport
and when I was in the pool I forget that I am in istanbul, sometimes I
thought that I am in Antalya, since Renaissance Polat seems to be a
small version of a hotel I stay in Antalya, Rixos Sungate, and this made
me happy. Just I did not understand why you charge 10 Euro for internet
while nowadays access to internet is free in everywhere. After all thank
you for everything.

Main disadvantages: I booked the garden room with a balcony on the first floor and was given a smoking room on the second floor without a balcony. It turned out there is no non-smoking room in the garden. Some hotel personnel was very rood and not eager to help.
Main advantages: Very good location close to the airport near the sea and very nice area around it. There is an international hospital 2 minutes away from the hotel which is very suitable as well.
