Main disadvantages: the hotel dosen't have a beach aqua park was closed in the bigning of septemper

Main advantages: so many things: the staffs were very friendly and helpful it is in a good location you can reach the waterfall within 15min by car the turkish hammam, steam bath and sauna were free

Main disadvantages: Restaurant could be better organized during breakfast. Hotel target marketing is probably arabian countries - mostly big families from that part of the world stay there. Room service could be better - tiny portions of meals.

Main advantages: Hotel is nicely located and has a good rocky swim area with cliff jumping. I booked superior, but they upgraded me to dlx seaview. Room was great and well maintained. The reception and housekeeping were great! Love turkish coffee!

Main disadvantages: The foods are very good. The view from the room was also very good.

Main advantages: This is a 5 star hotel however there is s devision within the hotel rooms, up to the third floor looked very good with 5 star quality. Rooms from the forth floor up was very poor with 3 star quality. The decor was poor, there were no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms and the furnishin was very out dated.

Bente Zug, Switzerland - Rest with children

Main disadvantages: Only thing we did not like, was the service and attitude from the reception desk. No-one smiled, no-one welcomed us. Same attitude when checking out. They did nearly not even answer our questions. Have them trained. They are the first impression, you get of the hotel and very important.

Main advantages: We liked the senior suite we had - spacious and with a wonderful view.
