Main disadvantages: They charge a lot for their transport to and from the airport. New Year's party was held at main lobby, so you had to pass by all the tables to get to your room.
Main advantages: The tram stop is close by. The closed-market is also within a walking distance. Small gym that is kept clean. Breakfast Has quite a large variety. Rooms are a bit small, but very neat. Free wifi is available in the room.

Main disadvantages: We have been upgraded to a larger room! But it was at the roof, from 3rd
floor you get to upper level with a smail spiral/curved stair.
the porter had to pull our luggage in a bad way over the stairs, damaging the suit case.
there wasn't enough space for clothes. no drawers or shelves. only a small closet to hang some of it. we had to keep our clothes in the suite case!
so many stairs until you reach the lobby and your building elevator (4 blocks), which is not ok for disabled and old persons.
Main advantages: Location and price (good offer). Breakfast was good

Main disadvantages: Ensure that when you ask for something that it is fully understood. If
you need to make a request, ensure that it is in the system. We asked
for room extensions that were not recognised on the day of our
departure. The issue was quickly fixed, just a minor inconvenience.
Main advantages: Spacious and airy. Relaxing hotel to stay in. Everyone is very friendly
and helpful.

Main disadvantages: No lift or escaulator at the ground level. It's difficult to move the
big luguage to the receiption floor. No enough bell boy to help to carry
the luggage.

Main advantages: A true 5 star in a 5 star city....the place looked amazing in the photos
and was breath taking upon arrival....a great place to stay. Despite the
size of the hotel, the staff remained personable and were so

Main disadvantages: The hotel lobby to only accessible by stairs, so with a baby stroller,
my life was made difficult. While the staff were very helpful on the
whole, the concierge was incapable. Also, the hotel has it's own taxi
company and while this is very convenient, it also meant that the staff
seemed hesitant to give information about other forms of transport,
tending to push us towards taking a taxi.
Main advantages: This was probably the most beautiful hotel I have ever had the
privilege of staying in. Very authentic to the local culture, but first
class all the way. Excellent room and facilities. Door man was
extremely helpful. Awesome location right in the middle of the shopping
area of the old city, next to the tram stop, near to great bazaar, 3 or
4 stops from big sights.

Main disadvantages: When we checked in we were told a room was not yet ready as it was still being cleaned but the couple who traveled with us and checked in right after us got a room immediately which happened to be an upgrade from our room --for which we both paid the same price---which we were told would be ready by 1:45. At 2:15 p.m. it was not ready and we waited another 25 minutes to be given a room inferior to the ones our traveling companions got. We wondered why we did not get a room immediately?

Main disadvantages: I would say the hotel stuff knowledge about gust inquires, like air line contacts, TAX assistance, and English language skills, I felt the support in some inquire was not to the guest expectation, however, I found the house keeping stuff more friendly and more supportive, please give them thank you for their good work.

Main disadvantages: Servise and value of money for Delux room was not adequat, room was not cleaned properly sometimes, Delux rooms are facing lobby, restourants and reseption, so there were always noisy, internet connection was unbelievable slow.
Main advantages: We stayed in hotel for the second time, because it's a good location, easy success to sightseengs and shops, cute hotel and kind staff.

Main disadvantages: Breakfast was expensive and a bit overrated.
Main advantages: About 15 minutes walk from the Grand Bazaar and 2 minutes walk to the tram to take you to other parts of the city. A good 20 minutes walk to the closest Metro station. Hotel was very opulent, clean, bed was comfortable, room was huge and staff were nice.
