Main disadvantages: The spa wasn't included in the price which was a big disappointment. In the rooms there was a dry air and an ac that could only produce hot air. This made sleeping a bit hard.

Main advantages: It was a good hotel with good staff and a location close to several sightseeing spots.

Main disadvantages: No coffemaker in the room.

Main advantages: Very clean, walking distance to major sites ( grand bazar, hagia sofia, blue mosque). Friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Cosy lobbie and bar area, beautiful view from restaurant where breakfast is served every morning. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We also tried the spa( hammam) which was also great. I would recommend it to someone who wants to experience the old city of Istanbul on a limited budget but wants a clean and comfortable settings. Its also surrounded by nice streets full of little stores.

Main advantages: We spent 5 wonderful days in Istanbul and everything was perfect, including the hotel :) Hotel staff is very nice and always ready to help and answer any questions :) the rooms are quite big, clean and nice. And we like autentic style of the hotel :)

Main advantages: Great Price !!! Nice cozy location, 5 minutes from Cultural Attractions :) Ok maybe 10, depends on how fast you walk :)) Great Staff, I loved the breakfast!!! And View !! I don't think you can find a better deal with a Great location and service Hotel :) Internet was off and on but I don't think this was hotels' fault. They did offer another direct line of communication, which was nice. A little inconvenient but overall Satisfactory, I wanted to book more nights but they sold out ! I will return

Main disadvantages: Little bid expensive..The WiFi doesn't work in rooms.

Main advantages: It's very comfortable hotel, the personals are very helpful, glad and professional. The breakfast is good, testy and fresh. The room very comfortable. The location is perfect.. I would recommend it to my friends.. .

Lucaci Reghin, Romania - Group tour

Main disadvantages: I rated it at a three stars. Also check your bill, because we bought bottled water from a shop outside because it was at a third of price than the one from the room mini bar. We left the empty bottles near the trash and later I noticed they appeared on the bill even though they had a different name than the ones found in the mini bar.

Main advantages: The view was very good at the 5th floor, the breakfast was good although it could have been richer. The position is really good, near to the tram station, bazar and Sultanahmet square.

Main disadvantages: Hair-drier is terrible, breakfast was absolutely the same every day, lack of variety of the food. The hotel is in the bazar/market part of Sultanahmet (it is in the wholesale shoes trade). It's kindly difficult to get from there by foot with a big suitcase because of very steep road (there is hilly) and macadam road.

Main advantages: The staff of the hotel was very polite, obliging, customer focused, flexible. They offer the guests of the hotel some hot sweet drink every evening absolutely free. They prepare the hotel newsletter for the guests every day and put it with a turkish sweets on the bed. They clean the room and give new towels every day. Nice view from the panorama restaurant on the roof (it's nice to have a breakfast there).
