Main advantages: Yes, we liked very much the Pension. The staffs are very nice, friendly
and helpful. The bed is big, confirtable with nice cleaning bedding. The
facilities in the room and toilets are morden and quite new. The hot
water for shower is excellent, every one can gets the most suitable
water temperature.
The location is the extreme convenient, very close to bus station, railway station, cable car, funiluar m Internet cafe, Super Market and to stating point of trekking trails.
Breakfarst is served in its own restaurent, quantity and quality are equalty impression. You can order "à la carte "as much as you want.

Main advantages: Really enjoyed stay here, Martina was really helpful, breakfast was
great and there's a nice restaurant attached to the hotel. And bed was
huge and very comfortable. And Stary Smokovec is a great place.

Main disadvantages: Unfortunately the hotel car park is used by non-residents who are
looking for free parking. This means that residents arriving during the
day may find no space, but the car park then clears in the evening.
There is also quite a lot of noise, car doors banging, etc, early in the
morning as the non-resident climbers arrive. I would suggest the hotel
installs some sort of barrier to keep its car park for its residents.
Main advantages: We had a very spacious room with equally spacious bathroom and balcony
with view of the mountains. Very comfortable with fridge and
complimentary mineral water. Very pleasant and helpful staff and the
meals in the adjoining restaurant were excellent. A delightful, clean,
modern hotel.

Main advantages: Excellent in all ways- staff, modern design of room, comfort,
cleanliness, location (close to both restaurants and funicular),
breakfast, etc. Couldn't fault the hotel at all. Loved it and will
definitely return. Better than many 4 star and even some 5 star hotels
that we've stayed in- very impressed!!!

Main advantages: Excellent location for visiting Tatra Mountains. Good base for visiting
surrounding areas of Slovakia. The accommodation was lovely - clean ,
modern & very relaxing. The service was brilliant - very helpful - from
providing local transport information, advice on days out through to
where to buy the most unusual presents in nearby towns. We could not
fault anything - will visit next time we are in area.

Main disadvantages: Unfortunately there was only one bar - restaurant that was opened until 11 pm in the village. Quite dissapointing for young couple who wanted to get a quick drink.

Main advantages: This is a fairly new facility overlooking a deep bow valley below. The staff were friendly and attentive to your needs. If your into walking, hiking and generally site seeing this town setting is for you. It was also good value for your money.

Main advantages: A very nice place to stay. My room was excellent and the breakfast was good. You could certainly fill up before venturing out for the day. The manageress was very helpful coming round and chatting every morning offering any assistance she could. An excellent base for exploring the Tatra mountains and fairly easy to get to albeit a long journey from Bratislava.

Main advantages: Excellent and firiendly service! The staff was happy for us to check in late at night, prepared take away breakfast for next day mountain trek and didn't have problems with our late check out at 4 p.m. next day. Great service! Room and food have been very good as well!

Main disadvantages: Only one small thing: cushions could be more filled.
Main advantages: Comfortable bed and room, all very clean, nice bathroom. Practical and nice funiture, small fridge, enough space in the room. All very new and modern. Staff was nice and attentive. We will certainly book this hotel next time we go to High Tatras.

Main advantages: Great hotel!!! Rooms are spacious, well equipped and very clean, greatbathroom also very clean. Great location if you consider mountaintrekking. The staff was very helpful – I’ve got free upgrade to Superiorroom (I paid as for standard room) and there was no problem with latecheck out (I checked out at 7 pm and wasn’t charged for that).

Main advantages: Our stay at Pension Tatrasport Zampa was very pleasant. The surroundings are quite amazing. Martina, the manager, was so helpful and generous. She made every effort to make our stay pleasant. Every morning she suggested hikes and trips (and gave us maps) suitable for the day's weather. When we left, she allowed us to check out late so that we could shower after the hike. Breakfast is generous. Warmly recommended.
