Main disadvantages: We booked a Superior Room (with a view) and they gave us a room on the 2nd floor with a view of the road and two queen beds when we booked a king size bed room... When requested to change the room the staff were responsive and we were transferred one floor up. The room did not have a bath - shower only. There is no swimming pool or a hot tub in the hotel.

Main advantages: The location is perfect if you are in town for a few days.

Main disadvantages: I don't think there's much if anything to say we never liked but it would have been nice to have a healthy start breakfast included in the price but all said a very nice hotel.

Main advantages: Location was fantastic. Pricewise, the deal at 403 euro for 3 nights was perfect, not the cheapest but factoring in the location and quality of the hotel itself it was the best (and I do a lot of research before booking).

Soon Singapore, Singapore - Business trip

Main disadvantages: The drawback is one has to pay for use of WiFi in the room. It will be good to have free WiFi inside the room. Sitting space in the front lobby is limited as one may have to cross over to the bar/cafe and ended up having to buy a drink for a sitting space to use free WiFi in lobby. It will be good to package breakfast to the same price of hotel room.

Main advantages: Hotel is near train station, tourist information, bus stops. The old Stockholm town is just across the bridge. Within walking distance to many attractions. Hotel room is clean and spacious.

Main advantages: A beautiful hotel. Our room was very big, with a very comfortable large king size bed and we were lucky enough to have a balcony with a magnificent view over the old town (Gamla Stan). The personnel was very nice and helpful.

Main advantages: The Sheraton Stockholm Hotel far exceeded our expectations ... we booked the hotel in February for our August break as the price was exceptionally low for such a super hotel. We expected to have a mediocre room but instead we had a beautiful room with lots of space in the lap of luxury. The staff were very pleasant and most obliging. As our booking was on a Room Only basis we didn't eat in the hotel but we did avail of the BBQ on Friday night and this was second to none. I have been in Stockhom many times before but have always stayed with my family. I love the city but this time I have seen another side to it and will certainly recommend the hotel. Many thanks

Stamata Paris, France - Rest with friends

Main advantages: Rooms were modern, clean and spacious. Hotel located close to the old part of Stockholm so getting to the tourist sites was an easy walk. It was also close to the main rail station and the bus terminal.

Rob Heerhugowaard, Netherlands - Group tour

Main disadvantages: There were 5 elevators available for the 7 floors of the hotel, but still you had to wait for hours (so it felt) for the elevator to arive. And when you finaly were in the elevator, you sometimes visited all floors (first up and then down again) before arriving on the selected floor. So whe used the stairways more often than not. And when I mentioned that at the reception, they where suprised!! (yeah, right!!).As if I was the only one who noticed it. Futhermore, we were locked out of the room a few times because the electronic key didn't work. And first we had internet, and then not, First internet was not included in the price, and later it was ( for the junior suite room) and again later it was not. Very confusing.

Main advantages: When I divide the services/staff of the Sheraton in three parts (Bar, cleaning and reception) The bar and cleaning personnel were excellent. The reception was a lot of stiff upper lip, some nice, some (very) impersonal. What I (we) will remember best, is the kind and warm contact whe had with some staffmembers of the bar. Especially Kavian is a plus for the organisation. He gave everyone who visited the bar the right amount of (real and sincere) attention. (Laura (a Eva Mendez lookalike) too, was very kind and sincere).
