| Main disadvantages: The room lacked adequate lighting in both the main bedroom and in the
bathroom. This made it very dark (in particular during the very dark
Swedish winter months!). |

| Main disadvantages: Request a back room if you are sensitive to noise, especially on
weekends when young people throng the plaza opposite at the wee hours of
the morning. |
| Main advantages: Although this is a large hotel that does not pamper guests -- no
shampoos, robes, little storage space, the rooms are well designed and
the staff goes out of its way to accomodate all requests. It attracts
the young with an active bar life. This is our second stay and we'll be
back -- the location, the environmental awareness, the price and the
breakfast can't be beat! |

| Main advantages: I wanted a very centrally located room in Stockholm at a low price.
Therefore I chose a single room without windows at Anglais. I did not
actually like the idea of a room without windows. So I had not expected
a very nice and comfortable room with good space. But that was what I
got. I was very, very satisfied with my stay, and will do it again. And
the personal at the reception disk were also very helpful and friendly
in a nice way! |

| Main disadvantages: Warning : No good for light sleepers. Sound insulation is respectable
but you will hear the bar/disco directly above, so ask for a room away
from the bar. Another problem is the exhaust fan in the toilet, you will
hear it all night. |
| Main advantages: Got the basement cabin. Excellent value for what I paid, modern, clean,
comfortable bed, excellent location 5 minute walk to metro, 10 min walk
to Old Town. |

| Main disadvantages: Very noisy rooms in the basement, they need massively upgraded sound
insulation to prevent the sound of footsteps and music from the
lobby/bar reverberating into the rooms. My other gripe is that the room
service charge for delivery is exhorbitant, in no other hotel have I had
to make the choice between collecting my food from the kitchen or paying
a £10/sek95 delivery charge. Normally this would cost roughly £2.50 plus
a 15% premium on the order. |

friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were decorated in a clean
modern style. |

| Main advantages: I stayed in one of the hotel's "cabin" rooms in the basement without a window, and although the lobby area above was very lively I could hear no sounds in my room and I scarcely noticed there was no window. The room was certainly compact but not cramped. It was excellent value for money and the breakfast was superb. |

| Main disadvantages: One of the lifts was broken and stayed that way all the time of our journey... Whith only two lifts and 8+2 floors, the waiting período was much bigger than the acceptable. |

| Main advantages: The breakfast was amazing. There is everything you could think of from cereal/yoghurt, american-type breakfast, bread etc... Hotel has a lot of Scandinavian design cues which gives it a nice character. The heated floor in the bathroom is a nice touch. |

| Main disadvantages: The room I stayrd in did not have a window which I knew was the case before I arrived. This was not a problem for me but the air conditioning was wasn't great and the room was a little stuffy at times. |

| Main advantages: Great location in the middle of a trendy shopping and entertainment area. Tonnes of bars and clubs around as well. I stayed in a cabin room but it was perfectly adequate and comfortable. Slept like a baby and did not have any problems with noise like the other reviewers. Amazing breakfast too that's open to 2PM on the weekends. The hotel also has a couple bars that fill up with a trendy crowd most nights. |

| Main disadvantages: The spa was closing at 10pm, which, in June, is precisely the time at which life begins! And nobody could tell me where the sauna was. |
| Main advantages: The room was small (I chose purposely a no-window room because it was end of June) but very convenient and perfectly clean. The breakfast was excellent. Finally, the hotel is very conveniently located in the center and next to a park. |
