Main disadvantages: The hassle with the key getting demagnetized!

Main advantages: Visited family and friends in different parts of Stockholm. Looked at location compared to price and this time it was unbeatable. The breakfast buffet was excellent!

Main advantages: The staff were very helpful. The room/toilet decor was beautiful, cool and Nordic. We arrived 2 hour before our check in time- our room was not ready, but the receptionist managed to find us another room instead.

Francis Girona, Spain - Individual tour

Main disadvantages: It's being renovated (we didn't hear any of the noise that we read about in other comments on booking.com) so the reception was "round the back" but that was alright. We took a peek at the new reception and it looks much smarter of course. They say it'll all be finished by November.

Main advantages: The staff are all very friendly and take a real interest in the guests. The breakfast (variety and quality) was very good.

Main advantages: The hotel is in the process of being renovated. We stayed in a renovated room, which was very small but well done. Because renovations were still in process, it was very noisy very early in the morning. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is not in the center, but an easy walk and/or metro ride to the old town.

Main disadvantages: The breakfast was not up to the standard that one would expect from a four star hotel. The wireless internet was not working for most of the stay. The rate was expensive, relative to the quality of the accommodation and service.

Main advantages: The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The centre of the city is within walking distance and there are some good restaurants and cafes nearby.
