Main disadvantages: There was work in the hotel during the stay and they started drilling at
7 am. I stayed there because I wanted to wake up very late and recover.
Unfortunatelly they waked me up very early. Called reception to
complain, nothing happened.
Went late to breakfast and discovered that the Staff did not know what time breakfast finish. They have been nice enough to bring me one, so won't complain too much
Main advantages: The location is great.

Main disadvantages: My two room are located in non- smoking floor as requested, however you
can find lighter matches in every corner of the rooms including the
restrooms!!! The flashing in both restrooms need repair and the drain of
the bathtub is weak.
Main advantages: The hospilitly of the staff, friendly and always smiling. The six
different restaurants within the hotel are excellent. The shopping mall
is easy to access. The coffee and restaurant on the Globe are excellent
experience to visualize Riyadh from the top specially if you go their
during the sunset time it was very romantic

location( near to shopping mall ), room size and luxuary furniture,
room service.

Main disadvantages: Always the lobby seats were occupied so that almost it was very difficult for guests to have a seat when checking in/out. My family had to keep standing more than once due to lack of seats.
Main advantages: Fabulous Hotel. I liked the spacious room.The Car Valet staff and Bellboys were very friendly.

Main advantages: The hotel is very luxurious, and is conveniently located in downtown Riyadh. You can get to the Faisaliah Mall via an internal extension. The rooms are spacious and clean with a private butler in each floor for your service. All lights, the A/C and curtains can be remotely controlled via a touch pad. There are a lot of verities offered during Breakfast time. I really enjoyed every minute there and would recommend it.

Main disadvantages: 2 things: 1- price is a bit high , 2- i checked in at 12.30 am which is around 10 hours after check in and they asked me to leave at 1 pm second day and when asked for 3 hours late check out they asked for 50% of the room rate which is unacceptable at all, they should consider the late check in for some cases, treatment cannot be a fixed policy on all guests.
