Main disadvantages: bathroom has doors made of glass, it may cause some problems for shy people

Main advantages: Hotel stuff is really cheerful and useful. Location is good. Breakfast is nice. Like that hotel. In comparison to Corinthia almost the same but for less price...

Guest San Jose, CA, USA - Individual tour

Main disadvantages: No complaints. Perhaps if anything, buy one extra laptop for people to use in the lobby (so there are two). But that is not a negative. Should I return to St Petersburg, I will stay there again

Main advantages: Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I felt at home. The location is perfect, (the rate reasonable for the great location) the rooms were cozy and tidy, buffet breakfast very good.

Main disadvantages: I didn't like room service because they charged +200 roubles for the bringing of the food in the room (it wasn't indicated in the menu) and the price for the food was higher a little bit in the bill than it was in the menu. The portion was very small..

Guest Larkspur, USA - Individual tour

Main disadvantages: The mattress is hard.There is smoking throughout the restaurant although the hotel itself is nonsmoking.

Main advantages: The staff is bright and amazingly helpful! Especially Tatyana -- love her! Clean large room with great bathroom and awesome view, but hard bed.Quiet neighborhood but close enough to walk to attractions.

Main disadvantages: I found the breakfast could improve, and the restaurant's decor and appearance do not correspond to that of the hotel.

Main advantages: The location of this hotel is excellent, whitin walking distance to all sites. The staff is great, they gave us excellent recommendations and were very helpful. Definitely for the price you pay, you are getting more than you expect (for Saint Petersburg).

Main disadvantages: The room we were booked into was small but the staff immediately changed it to a more spacious one at no extra cost.

Main advantages: Very helpful hotel staff, excellent location for seeing sights, hint of luxury and elegance. Good taxi service to airport.

Main disadvantages: The room was very small for the price. There were no night tables ormuch space in the bathroom for our things. The breakfast was just ok.There was no fruit and little variety.

Main advantages: The location was superb. The personal were helpful and very nice.

Main disadvantages: Room was given as a room for two people, but it was very small and should only be considered a room for one. Closet was very small. Walls between other rooms were very thin and normal conversations could be heard loudly through the walls. The dresser for clothes was very small. The bath room needs more hooks for clothes. Price of room was very expensive for this room.

Main advantages: Room was comfortable but very small. Design of hotel is classical but room design is modern. Linen service was very good. Desk staff was very helpful and capable. Bathroom design was excellent. Air conditioning and television worked very well, and computer connection was good and was at no extra charge. Room had good safe and worked very well. Restaurant was good. Hotel is safe place, and in good location downtown.
