Main disadvantages: When we asked for good night clubs the recommended river clubs. They were totally dead during winter and far away from the city center. The cleaning was not super.

Main advantages: The hotel had a very good location, the staff were very friendly at all times and the breakfast was really good. All this to a good price.

Ivayla Sofia, Bulgaria - Group tour

Main disadvantages: Almost nothing. The prices are a little bit high for a 3-star hotel, but the quality of rooms and the hotel is almost deserving the high rate.

Main advantages: Very good location. Rooms are very comfortable (double rooms, not the tiny ones). Hotel staff are excellent - all speaking very good English (opposite ot other hotels in Belgrade), very kind and very helpful.

Main disadvantages: The rooms allthough well decorated lacked, tea & coffee facilities, no mini bar or room safe, there was also no clock of any form in the room, not even on phone or tv. The shower overflowed if you had the shower on full power for more than a few seconds.

Main advantages: Good location, nice rooms, well decorated & good size. Free internet was good. Staff were very helpfull & pleasant. Breakfast was nice, reasonable cold continental breakfast, hot food limited to omletes.

Roger Geneva, Switzerland - Rest with friends

Main disadvantages: The location is not as ideal as it seemed on the map. Be prepared to walk 15 minutes to get to the center; buses no help for that.

Main advantages: Quite large room, good beds, well-fitted bathroom. Good breakfast buffet with Serbian and Western choices. Choice of wine by the glass and schnapps at the bar. WiFi in rooms and 2 computer terminals. Well- run hotel.

Main disadvantages: Installing air conditioning in each room would be a plus, particularly in the hotter months.

Main advantages: The staff are brilliant - always attentive and ready to answer every query. Breakfast is top knotch. My room was always made clean with fresh linen and towels.

Main advantages: Hotel staff, as the rest of the people I met in Belgrade were all warm and welcoming, and extremely helpful. On a special note, I was there just after the devastating earthquake in Japan, and one of the reception staff took the time to express her deep sympathy, which touched the deepest part of my heart. I will never forget this experience and would like to thank the hotel for the kindness on behalf of my country.
