Main disadvantages: Didn't like the sink as it clogged up easily due to its design.
Main advantages: Liked the design, furniture and layout of the hotel. The bed was
incredibly comfortable and the shower and bathroom was amazing. Staff
were very helpful and made live very easy indeed.

Main disadvantages: The architect or interior designer have obviously never thought about
the actual use of their crazy 'baths' - hard, cold, flat marble slabs to
form a box and head rest. Trying to be smart. No way would you use it
and it would take far too much water to use. But a good shower. Sink
area cramped but needn't be. Difficult to rince your face over sink as
spout tap comes too far out over bowl. Again designers not thinking
about the practicalities of their ideas. Nothing to stop you using this
hotel but when you see high fashion hotels with stuff that is just silly
you think, well it's avoidable.
Main advantages: Stayed longer than planned. A few mins walk from excellent metro and one
change to get into downtown. Restaurant not expensive. Very comfortable
bed. Room very quiet even though city is all close to flightpath. Hotel
slightly too trendy in some ways with a rather clinical uncosy feel. Bar
didn't entice one to stay for a drink or come back for nightcap. But
we'd stay there again

Main disadvantages: Only complaint I have is that even though I was in a non smoking room
there was a stale smell of cigarettes when you walked into the room. I
was offered another room but as I was only staying for 2 nights just
stayed as it was mainly when walking into room.
Main advantages: The breakfast was very impressive, even when served in room. They
offered free wifi for july/august which was a great bonus. Staff were
ver efficient and friendly.

Main disadvantages: I would suggest you mark the breakfast location with small stand along
signs to direct you guest to the location. Small signs are very helpful
for busy guest who want to be directed to the exact location-front desk,
restaurant, breakfast location , elevator, bar area, etc. This may sound
silly but most guest have so much on their mines a little help is
wonderful.
Main advantages: I enjoy the professional service at the desk and the helpful attitude.
Also the room was design for comport and the bed very comfortable. The
morning breakfast was excellent and very presentable. The overall stay
was very comfortable and I will revisit this hotel on my next visit to
Lisbon which will be soon.

Main advantages: We were only there for a night and got there late but the hotel staff
were friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and beautifully
appointed. The bed and bedding were awesome. The subway station was a
block away and we took it to Barrio Alto at 11:30pm and enjoyed a drink
then took a cab back to the hotel (6 Euros). We were more than
satisfied.

Main disadvantages: I did not like the bath and shower area and agree with other clients
comments. Regarding the bath, I would never have had a bath in
there, infact it looks dangerous with the lump of marble stuck out.
Also the water went everywhere. Having said that the water was nice
and hot and it was powerful. Not very good tea/coffee facilites. No
bedroom slippers.
Main advantages: I liked the hotel for the price but I feel its not quite 5 star
standard.the bed was comfortable and the pillows were lovely. I had a
very nice comfortable stay. The staff were nice and helpful and we
enjoyed some drinks from the bar in the lobby. The location was great. I
also liked the fact that we were not rushed out of our bedroom when we
prepared to leave the next day. I loved the hermes products.

Main disadvantages: Not really a complain. The price of minibar is above 5* average. They
use to had shampoo, soap, etc from hermēs, which was really a treat!
They no longer use it and it is a pity !!!
Main advantages: Good value for money. A proper 5 * at 4 * cost!

The location is good, near the center and the hotel staff is really

Main disadvantages: The bathroom was very nice but maybe not very practical... There was no bathtub but an area on the floor separated with a glass... didn't have the courage (or did have an environmental conscience) to try and fill it up. The restaurant was good but I don´t know if was at the level it intends to be, in an hotel of this category. The food took some time to come and one of the dishes had to be sent back to be cooked... The other dishes were fine.
Main advantages: It is centraly located. The room was very nice and the staff very helpfull. The room was very well equiped with an "area" that seemed like a living room with one TV a desk and minibar... the room "area" also had a TV, reading lights, etc. The bathroom was very nice and modern with a "window" for the bedroom...
