| Main disadvantages: the elevator, be real... i know it's historical but it shake to much. |
| Main advantages: it was my first time in Lisbon. Love it very much... the people, the old city, the shopping.
Tivoli made my live lots easier for my business trip. Love the design... even the terrace and the bar in the top, in a way it makes you feel exclusive. |

| Main disadvantages: The Flo Restaurant was a disaster: the fish was not fresh and desert
fruit salad had a worm in it and both were not addresses
prfessionally by staff
There was an almost invisible door stopper button on the floor right in front of the toilet, I hurt my toe twice, once badly |

| Main advantages: All the staff were so helpful and attentive, it made one feel very
special. The hotel facilities were exceptional and I would definitely
want to stay again. It is difficult to pick out one thing of note but
the Breakfast was excellent. |

| Main advantages: The quality of the hotel is superb. This is embodied in the staff who are all friendly, helpful and yet unobtrusive. They are clearly carefully selected, well trained and well led - so many congratulations to the management of this hotel for creating a very special and superb experience for guests. The rooms were supremely comfortable and the rooftop bar and swimming pool were especially good. This was excellent value for money and very relaxing, yet walking distance from the heart of a major European city. Difficult to better, especially with such an excellent financial special offer. |

| Main advantages: The exceptional reception staff. We arrived early in the morning after traveling on an overnight train and were provided with a room as soon as we arrived, although we were not due to check in until 2.00 pm. We were treated as VIP guests the whole time, with all of the staff providing assistance and suggestions for sight seeing, and future hotel bookings in Portugal. This is a truly wonderful hotel, made even better by the excellent staff. We can't speak highly enough of it. We have travelled all around the world and have never experienced staff such as these people. |

| Main disadvantages: We didn't use the minibar as it was very expensive, so I had to do
without my morning cuppa, and we found it was much cheaper to eat out
than to use the hotel restaurant, though you do get a lovely view from
the terrace bar on the roof. |
| Main advantages: The hotel was easy to find as the airport bus stopped almost outside it
and it was very close to the main tourist areas. The room was excellent
and the staff were first class. We liked the atmosphere of the hotel.
Really comfortable beds. Very good value at booking.com prices. |

| Main disadvantages: The first room (803) we were given...supposedly an "upgrade"...had a very strong and very unpleasant oder, and a bathroom that wasn't remotely appropriate in decor (very, very plain), facilities (equally plain and ordinary), or amenities to the "collection" (just below suite) room we had booked...much less a supposedly "upgraded" room. When we asked to be moved, we were moved immediately (no hassle at all) to room 811, which was similar to 803, but with a somewhat better bathroom...though still not appropriate for a "deluxe" room. And, the shower controls (ceiling shower, as well as hand-held device) were almost impossible to figure out. Also, almost the entire time we were there, no one was at the concierge desk...so the "service" that the hotel advertises so much was not available. One of the two elevators to our floor was frequently out of order...a minor annoyance. |

We had an excellent dinner in the Olivier Restaurant, where the staff was also very friendly and excellent. And the breakfast buffet was excellent. The free shoeshine service was a nice touch. The hotel is located very close to a Metro stop, which was very convenient for getting around. |
