Main disadvantages: The website promotes the leisure facilities including two pools, gym and spa. Unfortunately access to the gymn was not included with a classic room booking and would cost an additional €5.00, while this is not a lot it was a little disappointing and I'm not sure that is was clear on the website. We were provided with a bottle of water and two glasses in the room on arrival. The water was not replenished and the glasses were not washed by housekeeping. Small points. Overall this was a good hotel which we would have no hesitation in recommending.

Main advantages: The hotel was actually bigger and better than we had expected based on the website. The hotel overall including our classic room, was quite spacious, clean, tidy and well maintained. There was a wide choice of food on offer at the buffet breakfast including full english, cereals, breads and pastries and fruits. We hadn't intended to eat in on an evening but the dinner buffet was first class and good value for money. With a different menu each evening we ate in every night. The indoor pool was a plus given that this was an Autumn break.

Main disadvantages: The one item that i did not like was the underground carpark.The hired car which I had encountered great difficulty exiting from car park due to the severe ramp.I used the carpark only once and parked on the public road for the duration of my stay.

Main advantages: Staff were very friendly and helpful.Hotel is very clean and comfortable.Quality of food was excellent.Location of hotel to "strip" and old town is good and also to the motorway A22 going east or west to other tourist attractions.Courtesy bus to sister Hotel in Santa Eulalia and to old town was appreciated.

Main disadvantages: Having to collect tea and coffee in the morning I found this very dangerous as we could have been burnt with hot water there was so many people there. it would be better to serve tea and coffee at the tables.

Main advantages: Having stayed in 2009/2010 and 2011 we enjoy the quiet location and facilities of the hotel, whilst being near to the beach and main shopping centre etc. Also, the staff are all very polite and helpful; good restaurant/food and good atmosphere. Courtesy bus service to beach.....really good facility!

Main disadvantages: Outdoor pool was very cold even at the end of July / beginning of August. Wifi should be free of charge. And more variety on pool side bar lunch menu although food was nice.

Main advantages: Room was very clean and location was perfect as was not on top of all the bars and clubs but only €4 each way

Main disadvantages: The choice of breakfast was good, but the quality could have been improved. They had tinned fruit salad instead of fresh, and only white bread for toast, etc. The doors in the hotel were a bit noisy when they were closed. The pool was busy during the day, and loungers were sparse, but we didn't have any issues.

Main advantages: The hotel is in a quiet location away from the bars and traffic noise.

Main disadvantages: Worst offender was the children's play equipment. Mainly consisted of a 2001 wooden climbing frame/slide with very peeling paint (separate basket swing was great). As I'd wanted my toddlers to play, this was the main thing that let the 4* hotel down for me, that could be replaced quite easily. We knew of but didn't try the kids club or bus to the other hotel. Indoor pool was very good but could be improved with a non-chlorine system of purifying, it hung in the air. Minor issue; ideally for our family, there would have been some water about 60-80cm deep; variety was either 30cm outdoor splash pool, or indoor/outdoor pools starting at 1.25m. But simply, if there was a modern play area, the hotel would have been great for us.

Main advantages: The suite we stayed in - the second one we were offered, as the first didn't have a separator door and wasn't so good generally - was really good value. Spa was good too. I've read some bad comments about the staff, but they were all great to us. Underground parking very secure (if overly so when we couldn't get out!).

Main disadvantages: We had dinner at the hotel once which was 20 euro each and really poor food. Would not recommend eating in.

Main advantages: Great spa and treatments on site. Daily offers for treatments which were amazing value. Breakfast choice was great. Staff were very accommodating. Pool area fine.
