Main disadvantages: The toilet is quite small. There is no water cooker in the room so that
we can't make tea. But I guess it is the standard in southern European
hotels. The cleanest is not perfect, but for the price we paid, it was
acceptable. The hotel is near a big street, but in fact there is no so
much going on on that street.
Main advantages: People are very friendly. They would like to introduce you about the
city and places of interests. The price is cheap, and the location is
not bad. Easy to access metro, and is actually not so far away from the
center by foot. The room is ok.

Main disadvantages: The Internet could be used only in the reception.
Main advantages: The staff was very very nice and helpful, always willing to help or to
guide you. The room was very clean and there was daily cleaning service
included in the price. The hotel is less than 100 meters from Arrois
Metro station, so it's very easy to get wherever you want in Lisbon. I
would definitely recommend it!

Main advantages: The gentleman on the night shift when we arrived was so kind and helpful. He even wrote out directions for train and bus services for Fatima, and left them for us in the morning. A big thank you to him.

Main disadvantages: The internet was not available in rooms and I had to go each time to lobby to use it. There was no shampoo and safe box provided. The breakfast was not served in the Hotel.
Main advantages: I liked the hotel and the staff! It was very besic but good value. The room was quite big.

Main disadvantages: Although the hotel was very clean, I once saw a cockroach run under the
bed. The bathroom shelves were made of plastic so you couldn't really
place there something a little bit heavy, because they would bend. Our
room's view was into an interior court, so not much to see. We didn't
mind this, though.
Main advantages: Very friendly and helpful staff, clean room. You leave the key at the
reception (which is 24h) so you don't have to worry about it. The beds
were comfy, the bathroom clean (also equipped with a bidet, which was a
nice surprise). There's free wi-fi in the hotel lobby. It's close to a
metro station (Arroios) which has a direct line to the city centre and
to the Cais Do Sodre train station. All in all, we were satisfied with
this hotel, and would stay here again.

Main disadvantages: We had a free WiFi, but the only problem was that you had to go up on the reception floor if you wanted to use it.
Main advantages: Very nice and spacious room with a balcony. We had two rooms, in one there were 2 beds and TV and other room was something like a common room with sofa. No door between those 2 rooms, which is ok. Room was cleaned every day. The hotel stuff was very nice and helpful. We asked them if we could move one of the bed in the common room and after 5 minutes they've came and rearranged the room as we asked. Sylvia, the girl that is working during the day at the reception is very polite, speaks English very well and will provide you with all information that you need. There is a supermarket near Pensao and also a restaurant and a lot of places where you can drink coffee. Pensao is near Metro station and you are in the center in 2-3 minutes. Good value for the money.

Main advantages: Clean, friendly, good value for money. Just across the street you have Portugalia, the emblematic, 85-year old beer house, excellent for seafood, steaks, and fine beer, which has now become a chain across the country.

Main disadvantages: We've stayed in this hotel 2 times. And first time I've got really great
room to the yard. It was very quiet, and very cosy. For the second time
I've got a room to the street. W took twin room consisted or 2 areas.
First with bigger bed hadn't any window, but an air condition. You
should use an electrical light all the time. Another room had a window
and a balcon, but it was very loud from the street - on the oppsit side
of the street there is any old closed fabric and else any building with
cafes. One of these buildings has any huge ventilation, which makes huge
noise day and night. Even with closed doors and windoiws, and blindes
shut down, and being in the middle room without a window I could here
this ventilation all night. So my advice - by booking a room mention the
room to the yard. The rest is ok, although the bathroom could be
furnished a bit better - for example, to use the real glass for bath
shelf, and not plastic. But I would in any case would stay in this hotel
next time, - the quality is good and the price is very attractive.
Main advantages: The hotel is located very close to airport. Do not buy a taxi card at
the airport for 23 €.If you take a taxi for cash, you will pay no more
than 12 €, more likely 7-8 €. And it is rather close to old city - by
foot smth like 25 minutes. Although the area could be not very secure at
night. So better take a metro, which is very close to hotel (Station
Arroios). By day there will be no problems at all. The hotel offers no
breakfast, but there are many cafes near hotel. The staff is very
friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned and towels are changed
daily. The rooms are furnished comfortable. I would definitely stay in
this hotel again, as it is not easy to find similar quality for such
small money.
