Main disadvantages: The indoor pool was too warm and the water not clean enough, probably the filtering system needs review.

Main advantages: Excellent hotel, maybe not 100% 5* but a very good price / quality ratio thanks to booking.com! We had a good meal in the restaurant, everything was perfect. Staff is very friendly, room was clean, I recommend this hotel to everyone!

Main disadvantages: Paying 5 euros for one hour of internet was no good. Maybe paying 2 euros an hour would be reasonable, but 5 is not. In-house restaurants were pricey so we ate at some of the nearby places.

Main advantages: Excellent Portuguese staff with good english skills. Clean and modern rooms with comfy beds. Good location a short walk to the Parque Zoological metro station and only 10 minutes taxi ride to the airport. Very close to Sete Rios bus station where we arrived from Spain. A very nice swimming pool on the 2nd floor was great as my wife used it and was happy.Fitness center was also modern with good selection of equipment,

Monica Dublin, Ireland - Rest with children

Main disadvantages: Bar a bit expensive. Breakfast @ €17 very pricey. Would recommend "dividing" dining room to have a basic and a luxurious breakfast. Internet access in my bedroom very poor but got free access for 24 hours in business centre when I told receptionist!

Main advantages: Superb staff, excellent location, luxurious, stylish, daily newspapers in various languages, huge foyer, internet access in business centre superb.

Main disadvantages: We had a room only rate and felt the option of breakfast for 17 euro each was expensive. Also the litre bottle of water provided in the room had a price tag of 2.95 euro on it (cost maybe 60 cent in supermarket). Also the minibar prices were over the top. I felt these little touches let down the hotel and did not create a welcoming atmosphere.

Main advantages: Great location near to metro stop. We found Lisbon metro to be clean, bright, effecient and not dark, crowed and scary like other cities. The hotel has a convenient lift directly from the car park to the room. We had children with us and were delighted with adjoining rooms. The rooms were nicely sized and the bathrooms bright and modern. The staff were super helpful and effecient.

Main disadvantages: The only disappointment was the pool.The water in the swimming pool is hot and not clean.And the swimming pool is too small for such a big hotel.No Wi-Fi Internet in rooms.They charge for wifi, which was very expensive.TV pay-per-view channels rather expensive and with a limited range.Cleaning lady comes early in the morning.

Main advantages: Hotel staff was very helpful and the hotel itself was really clean and nice. Very close to metro and railway station.Close to the airport.Nearby is supermarket.It is walking distance to the Gulbenkian Museum. It was far enough to be quiet and near enough to access city center.

Thomas , - Individual tour

Main disadvantages: Had hasel getting to Airport and paid €3.50 per head for shuttle bus at rear of hotel which comes once an hour. Disappointed we were not told the price at reception as we would have taken Taxi @ €12. Five of us so we would have to take two Taxis, which was stressfull the only complaint good value accomodation but dont eat or drink a bite there, a big loss of business to the hotel over priced which is obvious as for a big Hotel not a lot of people to be seen only sleeping. Mini bars a joke won't be back with Kidds, but they loved it.

Main advantages: Very nice hotel near metro and very high standard of accomodation fine for two nights or weekend. Did not eat there as very expensive, enjoyed the pool which was free, the only thing free. City tour bus on door step and use it for sightseeing and getting into city centre.
