| Main disadvantages: As mentioned great price, but tried to get in one day early because of
our flight getting messed up. Regular hotel price was about 750pln! So
we spent a night in a lesser expensive hotel and "moved" the next day.
Tv channels were multi cultural and quite bland. Nothing interesting to watch late night. Restaurant very expensive in hotel as well. |
| Main advantages: Got to stay in a 5 star hotel at a bargain price! Clear glass elevator
with clear glass rounded front wall of building made going to your room
an attraction of its own. Could not believe the price we were able to
lock in our 3 nights at. Under 300pln. Service was very courteous.
Can't wait to go back at the quickest chance and opportunity thanks to this website! |

| Main advantages: Excellent staff on front desk and housekeeping. Bottle of wine in our
room as the reception knew it was our anniversary. Lovely bar food.

| Main advantages: The Westin Warsaw is a very upscale business hotel centrally located in the business district of Warsaw, conveniently close to the central train station. The concierge was very helpful and considerate to allow us to leave our bags for two days while we were away for two nights on a long trip outside of Warsaw. |

| Main advantages: The early check-in was not available, and I had to wait until the
afternoon (14:00) to check in. However, once I was finally accepted, the
hotel receptionist was very helpful and friendly, and she offered me a
complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room, which was very welcome! Thank
you very much. I would recommend the Westin, as one of the best hotels
in Warsaw. |

internet is too slow (10 Mbps/s) for the price you have to pay (77 pln

restaurants in the neighbourhood). Services are excellent, very kind
staff. We got an upgrade as preferred guests. Room is well-equiped
(bathroom, large bed, two comformtable seats, good desk to work on). |

you walk out.. We had a very nice breakfast for 2 for 50zlt.. |

warsaw from room, the room was fantastic, lovely bed and pillows, shower
was amazing, and a nice touch to have a coffee machine in the room, the
lifts are very fast and amazing.. Not too far from the centre with bus
stops outside.. I will stay again! |

the city and some recommendations and all the person gave me was the map
and pointed the location of the hotel and the way to walk to the old
town. For a 5 star hotel... I would expect a little more! |

| Main disadvantages: Food and internet connection are way overpriced (this is the problem with most international hotel chains). You can do much better with some of the restaurants close to the hotel. For breakfast go next door to the cafe. They have OK food at reasonable prices and they have free Wi-Fi as well. |

| Main disadvantages: It seems to be "necessary" to stand up early in the morning, even at weekend, because at least at 8 am someone will knock at the door of your room, maybe for cleaning or for checking the air condition, and it can even happen that this person was not trained to communicate with people who don't speak Polish. Recommendation for guests: do not forget to fix "Do not disturb" at your door as early as 7 or 8 am. |

| Main advantages: From the first minute when a knowledgable receptionist offered us an extremely nice and well equipped room to the last minute, when another receptionist ensured that the pre-payment did not triggered removal of the card access to the room, everything was just picture perfect. |

| Main advantages: We had booked Executive room for our 4 days weekend, because we had read that the breakfast was included in the Executive lounge at the 19th floor, and that would give us better value for the money. That booking even included afternoon snacks. We had the best friendly service ever at the lounge every morning and evening. The hotel could offer top standard, excellent service and a great location. |

| Main disadvantages: the only thing is, after making an appointment for massage , we were told that they couldn't find anybody to make the massage for that time and cancelled the appointment....when confirming an appointment they should be sure that there is a suitable person to make it. |
