Main disadvantages: No wifi in rooms. Tv was a bit old and a bit too small.

Main advantages: Large, clean rooms. All the usual amenities you could expect from a Novotel. Free (wired) internet in rooms. Safe in rooms. Great view. Great breakfast. Good lobby and great staff.

Main advantages: The spa was only available in the morning and late afternoon. So I only was able to go once. Big disappointment. The bedding was rough and the pillows were too big and not soft at all. Every morning I woke up with back pain. Please change them. Fried eggs did not taste or looked like fried eggs. Please change that also The staff was very pleasant. Thanks

Raimonds Rīga, Latvia - Group tour

Main disadvantages: no pool, but is ok

Main advantages: Everything was great. You can even give 5 stars. Staff super friendly, always help, Everywhere, everything clean, lots of entertainment for children, fitness room 31st floor with spectacular views and a relaxation room. Breakfast simply unique. The city center 100m, much better than some bad neighbors with 5 stars Khe Khe ... Ma ..... t Novotel Thanks!

Main disadvantages: Really nothing to complain, may be only a bit short cabel for internet, it will be perfect if it can be a bit longer. Otherwise I am very satisfied with that hotel.

Main advantages: Everything - perfect location, room was big and very clean and bathroom with actually bath in it, nice view from my window (I asked for high floor and they gave me room on the 25th floor - great), very good price for weekend (on a week unfortunatelly price is double so I have to chose an other hotel even I have enjoyed my staying in Novotel very much). I checked in about 11-30 and also they let me to check out at 17-00 without any payment. Not often hotel let you do that.My friends were staying in Novotel and recomened it to me - I have no regrets that I chose this hotel.

Main advantages: The location of the hotel is very good, even if there are so many restaurants in the close area. The room is large enough and the web connection is rapid enough.

Main advantages: The hotel's location is very central and convenient, being close to the railway station, underground and Palace of Culture. The room in which I stayed was perfectly adequate, comfortable and clean while being somewhat anonymous and lacking any character. It had a splendid view of the city. Service in the restaurant was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous, and the food was good too.
