| Main advantages: We were a honeymoon couple and we were upgraded to a fantastic room
on the 7th floor overlooking the tree lined terrace. Upon our
arrival, 10 minutes later the hotel reception provided a beautiful
fruit basket to congratulate our wedding and welcome us to the hotel.
All staff were extremely polite,spoke great English and I would
definately stay here again. |

| Main disadvantages: A bathroom is not very convenient for a couple with a toddler. No bath, only a shower, and the shower holder is very low (about 1 m high from the floor level). The room service first put a set of towels for one person, but we asked to put another one, and it was all right for the rest of the stay. |
| Main advantages: Good location, helpful staff, excellent breakfast (though a little too pricey). The hotel is located 5 min away from the bus/tram stop CH Smyk from where you can travel virtually to any city district (including the historic Old Town).
Wireless internet is available, the speed is not too high, but sufficient for comfortable surfing (but not downloading large files). |

| Main advantages: Book the hotel just few hours in advance at a great price via booking.com/recommended all work out great, I got even room upgrade on arrival! The room was at the 5th floor with a great whew on the city shopping area, very clean, Internet access and tv in a sigle package at a great price. The peculiarity of the room is the shower with a glass on the side of the bed, well I could look at sunset while showering... Just nice! Room service was excellent, steak fillet with a great potatoes dafinoise perfectly made. Taxi are just outside waiting.. For business is the place to be. |

| Main disadvantages: The main thing that should be improved is to provide free wi-fi and Internet access at the reception computer. Also, more than one computer should be provided at reception as there was always a queue to use the computer. |
| Main advantages: The room was great, very spacious and the bathroom also had a rainwater shower head. The location was fantastic, very central - it takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the main street and it's close to the central train station and public bus to the airport. |

| Main disadvantages: Two minor things: one of the hotel taxi-drivers was very, very rude. Secondly, this is a quite expensive hotel to be 4 stars but than again, I think it's worth close to 5 stars. Thanks to booking.com though, I paid a lot less than the average visitor! |

| Main advantages: Room is very clean and staff is kind. Quite near from city center and good location to access everywhere in Warsaw. No.4 tram can take you to old city directly in 15mins. |

| Main disadvantages: guest relations desk often empty and inexperienced in suggesting events or good polish restaurants for the day or evening (used google to get the answers!). Front desk willing but also not able to come up with more than one or two recommendations. |
