Main advantages: Well located for Wroclaw old town and nice views across the river towards the university. The room was a generous size and well presented. The staff spoke good English.

Main disadvantages: No complains at all about the staff. The management did a great job to here. If you want a comment to improve than it is on very little details of maintance of interieur, but this is a hard one to implement correctly in Poland, because it is simply not in the genes of Poland to nurse details. For Polish understanding it is more than okay, but some decorations as plants and wind shields should be better taken away, because the status is poor and this damage the total image. Small very small things.

Main advantages: I stayed more often at this hotel and I was supprised to learn that the staff is very good instructed now and trained well. You realy have the feeling to be taken care as it should be at a 4 or 5 star hotel. Great super well done. Big difference with the past.

Main advantages: Staff friendly and helpful,spacious room with very comfortable king size bed ,air conditioning and tea/coffee facility.Good breakfast with a great choice of hot and cold food.Great location,short walk to the old town.We really enjoyed our stay.

Main disadvantages: fridge was missing from the room, there is no fitness club although it is presented into hotel's facilities, spa facilities not satisfactory

Main advantages: Beatiful view from the room, very near to old town, nice Breakfast, hotel can provide bikes for a ride around the city, without charging you anything.

Main disadvantages: TV is a bit old and not too many English channels.

Main advantages: Very nice location, close to the main square and overlooking the little islands, ideal for walking around. Room with river view is very nice and you don't have to pay extra just ask at the reception. Nice, clean rooms, warm atmosphere. Breakfast is very good, very big choice. Wireless is free in the rooms and fast!

Main disadvantages: The beds were not very comfortable, and the pillows very lumpy. The hotel was old, and had not been remodeled. When we were leaving, there was only 1 elevator working, and we had to go down stairs, carrying our suitcases. Not very convenient

Main advantages: Excellent location - few minutes walk to the very centre, excellent view on the Odra river and the georgeous University building. Calm place, no nois from the street, garage underneath and stuff always ready to help. Food in the restaurant was delicious and waitresses extreemly proffesional. Room service costs only 10 zl extra and the food was still amazing. We didn't have tiome to use spa/massage facitilities howeve everything looked well taken care of and they lso offer wide range of massages. We'll be comming back.

Main disadvantages: didnt find the breakfast good value for money. no toaster to be seen.i left hungry after breakfast. didnt find the matress and pillow comfortable as the were too soft.

Main disadvantages: The bar staff could afford to be a little more helpful, although they were pleasant enough.

Main advantages: The beds at HP are incredibly comfortable!! I had a great couple of nights there. The bar is small but perfectly formed. Great location and views of the river make this a great place to stay.
