Main disadvantages: Fitness room is very small and the equipment poor. One minor thing - by
booking I understood that the credit card info was given just for
reservation, at check in I was told that the room was prepaid !
Main advantages: Central location, shopping centre on the other side of the street and
main railway station in two minutes walking distance. I had my room on
executive floor, everything was very clean and the room was quiet.

Main advantages: Loely refurbished hotel with friendly staff. Rooms great size and nice and clean.Excellent location for shopping. Very central being across the road from a large shopping centre. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice.

Main disadvantages: they still have smoking rooms and the smoke can go to other non smoking rooms and we had to change one of our rooms because of the smoke seeping into our room.

Main disadvantages: Unfortunately, the hotel location is a little removed from stores and
coffee shops. A negative is that the hotel charges 80 slz for breakfast.
Too expensive!
Main advantages: Receptionists were friendly and helpful. Eliza comes to mind, because
she called her brother for a tip for a sushi bar which turned out to be
a good choice for our group. English was well spoken in the hotel.

Main disadvantages: Nothing really...standard decor etc. but to be expected
Main advantages: Good quality standard hotel in central position in the city, near soviet palace of culture, not far from old town but there are great buses and trams everywhere. Opposite is new major upmarket shopping and eating centre, better than many shopping centres so easy to get a coffee and eat too if you dont in hotel. No security problems so easy to meet and receive without hassle. If you're a smoker it's fine too. Prices cheaper at weekend here. Given the options and general expense in Warsaw it's a good no-fuss choice.

Main advantages: The hotel has direct contact with the Chopin airport (bus 175). The same bus takes you to the old town center. There is a shopping mall just opposite with a wide variety of things. The proximity of the central railway provides access to other places such as Krakow.

Main disadvantages: We did go down to the resatuarant for dinner however there were no staff members around so ended up ordering room service.
Main advantages: The beds were super comfy, we had a double room for 2 people thinking we would have to share a double bed, but got a double bed each! Also free use of the computers and internet in reception. Rooms service was also nice.

Main disadvantages: The reception staff seemed to be pre-occupied dealing with phone customers rather than real customers face to face. Consequently the service was very slow when we were first trying to check in. We encountered a surprising amount of noise from the trams etc. while trying to get to sleep. The sound insulation was definitely lacking.

Main disadvantages: free wireless internet connection only available in the prolog bar. Would have been much better if it had been available in the bedroom. Would have been helpful to have an ironboard and iron available in the room without having to request it. the availability of hair straighteners would have been great too.
