Main advantages: Before I book this apart hotel I read a few reviews and I was a bit weary but it was excellent! Good value for money, 10 minuet walk from the city and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Also the room was very clean and always warm. I would recommend it to any young couple and would stay there again.

Main advantages: I booked this hotel by change, and was really happy with it. If you are expecting a hotel. don't book it, but if you want a more home like hotel that is the one. The hotel is in an old / redecorated residential building .Its like if you rent a room in a house. The cleaner comes every morning, but only clean if you want. Staff are extremely helpful and polite. Rooms is very big and high celling. I strongly recommend!

Main advantages: The hotel is simple but full of charm, the staff are friendly and helpful and made my stay very simple. The WiFi was a little patchy at times, but simple to access and useful to have.

Main disadvantages: Due to the age of the building no Air Conditioning was avaiable. Some rooms haave a fan, however one of the rooms that we stayed in was very hot at night (28.5 degrees Celcius) The staff assisted as best they coul and arranged an alternative room which was still hot but much better. I suppose in winter this would be the ideal location. But not in summer.

Main advantages: The location is very central.

Main disadvantages: There is no reception service between 10 pm and 8 am.

Main advantages: Rooms are very comfortable and the hotel is very well situated, next to main touristic attractions in old Krakow and the Jewish Quarter in a quiet street.

Main disadvantages: It was a little noisy - you can hear your neighbors and the reception.The floor was a little dirty (maybe hard to completely clean because it was old?).

Main advantages: Clean and nice room. Very clean bathroom with big shower. Good location close to market square (10min walk) in quiet area (but people outside still may be a little noisy on weekend).

Main disadvantages: Very small room. Poor wifi reception. Expensive breakfast but many better and less expensive places to eat within one block. Had to ask to get clean sheets and towels each day.

Main advantages: They moved us to another one of their properties that was in a better location at the same rate (The Spatz). The room was clean with a nice path. free on street parking. A short, 20 minute walk to the city center.

Main disadvantages: the bedroom stairs does not have a handrail or bannister, the shower can run cold if your in too long!

Main disadvantages: our view out of our window was a brick wall. the bedroom stairs did not have a hand rail or a bannister. the shower went cold after a while and certain times of the day the bathroom smelt of sewer, and that was room 105,so if your planning on staying in this hotel then dont take room 105!

Main advantages: only minutes away from all the action,so close to it all,staff were so friendly and couldnt do enough for you! what we got for the price was very good!,yes i would stay here again.
