Main advantages: The hotel was comfortable and the location is good. It was an easy 5 to 10 minute walk to Stare Miasto and an equal distance to the rail station. I liked the seperate shower and toilet and the living room area. My only complaints would be the lack of english channels on the tv and the unavailability of ice. Other than that, the hotel is a great value for the money. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the front desk manager. She was very accomodating and sincere and she seemed eager to ensure that we had a great stay. I would definately stay at this hotel on my next visit to Kravow and recommend this hotel to others.

Main disadvantages: Breakfast a little dissapointing, every day the same, 2 slices of bread per person, 1 small butter + few other packed items. Would make difference if it was better presented, eg. few slices of cheese on the plate instead of being in foil, and some fresh vegetables, tomatoes, cucumbers etc. Also cooked egg or sausage etc. would be welcome, and it's not huge cost to do it.

Main advantages: Friendly, professional staff. Close to all main attractions of Krakow. Big, comfortable room. Good value for money.

Main advantages: The staff were wonderful! I found the location a plus, only 10 min walk to the market square. The breakfast was a good European breakfast. However, if like me, you prefer capachino and pastries-there is a very good bakery right next door. I took several tours through the hotel, and they also set up taxi service both to and from the airport- All in all, a great time! My thanks to the staff!
