Yunorini Jakarta, Indonesia - Group tour

Main disadvantages: One tiny discomfort was when we required new towels on our last days stay. We found a piece of fake nail sticking on one of the towels. In addition, it would be more comfortable is the pillow menu was provided or sent to the customers' emails before they arrive or check- in at the hotel.

Main advantages: The location is superb, right in the city centre and less than 50 meters from Madame Tussaud museum with tram stop right accros the hotel door. It is also walking distance to Central Station. The room has a coffee maker machine and variations of coffees and teas that are refilled daily which make it perfect after long walk and journey during the day. Staff hospitality is great, they all can speak English and very helpful.

Main disadvantages: The Internet connection is not free, not even at the lobby! A perfect hotel like this one, should have wifi free....

Main advantages: The hotel location is just great! In the middle of everything (10min walking from all attractions, Tram station right opposite the entrance) The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and smiling all the time. We couldn't wish a better reception or quality of service. When we arrived, our room was not ready (not cleaned) so we called the reception, and they immediately upgraded us to executive suite!!!! Everything was really perfect and great!

Main advantages: A great hotel for weekender. Close to everything and most importantly central station and on Dam Square itself. The chargeable Internet @ 12.50€ is on the high side ~ price should be more realistic. Lousie of the front desk is excellent.

Main disadvantages: Watch out for the taxi drivers at the Amsterdam Centraal. They don't want to take passengers on such a short haul trip. This is not of course a problem with the hotel.

Main advantages: I liked the location of the hotel in the main square. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made the stay very special.

Main advantages: The business room and the drinks and chocolates in it. The small surprises - wine when we checked in, mentos every now and then. The receptionists were very friendly and were also helpful in planning and executing our trip.

Main disadvantages: Nothing, but I dont reconmend to stay there in holidays like aid or new years, cuz you will see lots of ppl that you may know, other than that in any time of the year its just perfect

Main advantages: My room was perfect it was a junior suite, the only room that look like a bent house the view was perfect, bathroom was amaizing, privacy, in the dam square, close to everything, I loved it

Main advantages: Good staff, helpfull with the possibility for 2 rooms next to each other. They opend the door so we could look after our childeren witout leaving our room. Compliments.
