Main advantages: The location is in the city heart, reception staff were helpfull,although we arrived early in the morning they let us checked in our rooms so we can take rest and shower after 16 hours flight

Main disadvantages: Long queues at check-in. Small wardrobe with no space to hang coats/jackets (space taken up by superfluous trouser press). No bath towel rails or hooks in the bathroom. Vegetable soap dissolved too quickly. No free wi-fi in rooms and procedure for free wi-fi in lobby was cumbersome. Awning at front of building needs replacement (green moss growing on top).

Main advantages: The location was particularly good in the Centre. Rooms were modern and large tv excellent.

Main advantages: Very big and luxurious hotel at the center of Amsterdam.. some rooms are redecorated, some not.. Either you have to be lucky, or you should email beforehand, so that something special can be arranged! We did email, and end up having a balcony on the 6th floor, which we had the chance to see the fireworks!

Main advantages: The hotel was in a perfect location. The staff was very helpful and nice. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The room was extremely clean and beds were very comfortable. The only negative was the converter plug for the electric socket did not fit well into the wall, which made charging things difficult. Otherwise it was a perfect stay.

Main disadvantages: I think I need to pay greater attention to service. This also applies to meeting guest, and to its location, culture and food supply in a restaurant (sometimes it seems like that about any part of the order and simply forgot it will not do at all), and cleaning the room.

Main advantages: This hotel is ideal for people who like noisy places, and for lovers of walking. Near the hotel are many interesting places. In my opinion it is more suitable for active people who used to live in a hectic, whether young or not. In the hotel's restaurants offer good food. When you exit the hotel door to the street view is very impressive all around. Certainly, this hotel deserves to be recommended, because it is a tremendous location in the heart of Amsterdam, where once you feel the spirit of this city. Everything else is just stuff.

Main advantages: Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky is a 5 star hotel, I pay as a 5 star hotel but I don´t feel I was in a 5 star hotel. A small room without minibar, no space for luggage and was possible to year the neighbours.
