Main disadvantages: We got a room with double bed but with two single blankets, even after we asked to replace the blanket it was not replaced. There is free Wi-Fi only in the lobby, and a new password is required every time you want to connect.

Main advantages: Excellent location just walking distance from the central places in the city. A pleasant room and relatively spacious. The room had an electric kettle and coffee instruments that helped to warm up in the cold winter.We enjoyed very much.

Main disadvantages: Did not realize their was a business center until the last day as it was not really advertised. One staff at the front desk was not up to date on the tours and booked my frined on a morning tour that was not running on the winter schedule. Some other staff would answer question with "I don't know, I just moved here..." Not professional! MOstly everyone was very helpful. When I was there two years ago you had doormen and it was sad they were not there to help out. They gave the hotel an upscale feeling. Did not like that you can only book bikes for the day and not a half day.

Main advantages: The Hotel is in a great spot. Easy to get to places by foot or tram. Surrounded by great restaurants and movie theatres.

Simone , - Business trip

Main disadvantages: Breakfast was way to expensive and no choices other than set menu. Child was same price as adult of 20 Euro s. Wi fi only free in the Lobby and only lasted 30 minutes per log on and then had to get new pass code to start again.

Main advantages: Its location close to all facilities. We have an 8 year old and could walk everywhere without problems. We were right next to the flower markets and a two minute walk to the shopping strip and restaurants. The room was vwery spacioous, and we would stay there again.

Main disadvantages: Our room was a little noisy because it was at the front of the hotel, facing the street, metro line,etc. However, the view of the street was great.

Main advantages: The hotel was nice & very clean. Also the location was perfect only 2 minutes from Rembrandt Square, 15 minutes from the rld and 5 miutes from the metro.

Main advantages: Right in the middle of the city, so a great location! The room we had was very big for an inner-city/Amsterdam hotel and very quiet as it was located at the backside of the hotel overlooking the gardens.

Main disadvantages: The large size of the hotel keeps the staff busy and somewhat unfriendly.

Main advantages: The location close to the city's main shopping districts and important sites cannot be beat. It makes for an ideal place from which to explore Central Amsterdam.

Main disadvantages: We didn't use the hotel for either breakfast or dinner as there were many cafes and restaurants in the immediate area which offered far better value. While not anything that the hotel is accountable for, the noise in the street at night after the nioght clubs shut was sufficient to keep us awake despite being on the sixth floor.

Main advantages: Location for visiting Amsterdam attractions was excellent. Room was comfortable and adequate in size and facilities.
