Main disadvantages: The apartments face the outside garden area which is nice. The
apartments also face the staff loading and unloading dock. No problem
there either. The loading dock aslo stores rubish bins which at times
attract flies and these flys at times numerous are in the room or
apartments on warm days

Main disadvantages: Room service was out of caviar during my entire one-week stay. Also, the hotel does not allow smoking (tobacco or "other") in any of the apartments.
Main advantages: I liked the courteous, professional staff. Even though I arrived early, at 11:00 in the morning, my room was available for immediate check-in. Very nice.

Main disadvantages: The building is very old, therefore you feel vibrations when the other apartment doors are closed and you hear all steps of the people who walk on the top floors!!
Main advantages: Location! it was located in the best place of city center and walking distance to main train station, several museums, shopping centers, etc.

Main disadvantages: Lots of small stairs and no lifts, Most light bulbs didnt work. Washing machine was filled with water and a dirty sock on arrival. Internet prices provided by Swiscom were extortionate and slower than 3G (which was much cheaper on local prepay sim). No LAN/ethernet cable or connection available. The "double bed" was two single beds pushed together. Check-in and out time very long.
Main advantages: The Hard but very confortable bed, quieter than most apartments in the area. Excellent cool and warm air conditioning. Up to date modern TVs and appliances.

Main disadvantages: the windows are old and hard to open and close , as well as the radiator heater deos not work in the bed room .
Main advantages: i liked the location and as it was an appartment , it had anice view on the canal , as well as the bedroom tucked at the back away from the noise .

Main disadvantages: I wasn't aware the apartment was in a different building, i a different location from the hotel, with a different entrance.The apartment was looking out onto the canal at the back of the hotel opposite a couple of sex shops. That in itself wasn't a problem, but coming back late at night as an alone female, I didn't always feel very safe. The smell of hash coming from the nexdoor coffee shop was also very strong throughout the building. The air conditioning wasn't working in the apartment and wasn't fixed whilst I was there despite reporting it a couple of times. I would still recommed the apartment as it was very beautiful but, next time I'd make sure I wasn't alone.
Main advantages: The apartment was high spec and very comfortable. Very bright and immaculately clean.

Main disadvantages: We only had two things we didn't like. One is that the internet is not free of charge; and the pricing are, sorry, ridiculous. We had two payment options to choose from; one is per day, and the other is per week. And it wasn't cheep. You do save on the per week package though. The other issue was the once a week cleaning the room thing... We had to pay extra for extra cleaning days. It's just these extra fees to pay for stuff which should come with the room... After all, if you don't mind paying then this is a nice stay. Cheers
Main advantages: Location, along with comfort and service completed our holiday. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We staid in the apartments at the back of the hotel with a private access, which made it feel like home.

Main disadvantages: I was not able to turn the air condition off, thus having tried many times. The concierge on monday the 12th of july was not very polite and was not interested in helping us i any way regarding the shuttle we ordered. This ment we ended taking a cab and finished of with a bad experience

Main disadvantages: the fact that the house keepinng only comes once a week was really unconfortable, and the price was too high to be honest. i have been in amsterdam 3 times before this time, and this time i sepnt at least double the amount i used to pay in the last 3 times althought i used to stay in 4 stars hotels in the previous times
Main advantages: the appartments are fully equiped, i loved that absolutely everything i needed was there , that was really great, the location is Outstanding...the best location you can get in Amsterdam actually.

Main disadvantages: Our rooms air conditioner emitted a foul smell (second time I have experienced this staying at the apartments). I was awaken at 6:00 a.m. from bottles being recycled in the alley (also 8:00 a.m.).

Main disadvantages: Two single beds pushed together make for uncomfortable sleeping, crowd noise from the alley can be loud at times, the steps up to the various apartments can be tricky.
