Main disadvantages: Rooms are nice but very old furnished, same as bathroom. There was lots of dust on the table and in the first sight felt a bit dirty. Even though comfy bed. We have spent most of our time in city so hotel we needed only for sleep. Wouldn't recommend it to family travelers as its small and access for those with kids are not really good, as you have to walk down the stairs to reception. After that elevator is provided. But generally, safe place, convenient location.

Main advantages: Very friendly staff at reception, small and compact hotel. Didn't try a breakfast as slept too long. Wi-Fi facilities in room which was working fine.

Main disadvantages: The bed cover wasn't fresh

Main advantages: The staff was very helpful and friendly... Location is perfect, I explored the city by walking on foot from hotel place. I reached the hotel at 7 am in the morning and my room was ready which made my day.free Internet. As conclusion I found it very pleasant place to stay and I will stay in it again during my next trip...

Main disadvantages: The bath room . The wash-stand is broken and too small. The new led lights are insufficient for an efficient lightning of the room and and to read a book while you're in bed.

Main advantages: The night peace.

Main disadvantages: I was not warned by Booking.com that my credit card would be charged at the time of booking (28 March). This was a surprise and inconveneitnet as I had not expected to be paying for my friend's room booking at the that stage. Nor was I informed that I could not cnacel the booking. I was informed that I could cancel the booking up to and including 30 August 2011 which turned out not to be true. As it happened I had not need to cancel so this was not inconvenient for me and my friend.

Main advantages: The rooms are well apointed for the price range and have everything one needs. The Buffet breakfast is excellent and well laid out.

Main disadvantages: Well, i strongly believe the pricing is quite unfair. Although i found the hotel good, but given the sizes of the room i think and just basic stuffs, the prices need to reviewed down.

Main advantages: The hotel is close to all the major attractions in Amsterdam. The receptionists were all nice and helpful. Check in was done within minutes, i was offered a city map and a quick explanation of where the main spots were. On check out, my bill was spot on, payment done easily. well nothing much to complain about the staffs or the location. My room and bathroom was well clean, towels changed. i cant resist to say hi to the morning shift receptionist.."hi there!"

Main disadvantages: The beds were a little soft for me, but that is such a minor issue. Really it was a fantastic place to stay.

Main advantages: I loved being right on the Prinsengracht (even with the noise of night time partiers on the canal). I also loved how easy it was to walk just about everywhere from the hotel and that there was public transit close by.

Main advantages: Lovely hotel - we were upgraded to a superior room which was spacious and comfortable. Staff were all friendly and efficient. The canal side hotel was within walking distance of most city attractions and well served by public transport. Drawbacks were that interior bathroom had no working extractor fan. Complimentary toiletries were not replenished so that after first day we had no shower gel. By contrast we were given fresh towels each day. We would definitely stay there again.

Main disadvantages: just that I couldn't open the windows more.

Main advantages: For the price and the location I thought the hotel was amazing. It is convenient to everything. I was in town for Gay Pride. I only had to walk outside the hotel to watch the parade. AMAZING.

Main disadvantages: The only thing I didnt like was the Internet access as it was advertised as free Wifi however all wifi access points were locked and an information leaflet inside the room was mentioning something about 10 euros charge per day

Main advantages: Everything was alright. Hotel is 30 minute walk from the train station if you decide to go on foot otherwise you can take the tram an walk a bit.
