Main disadvantages: I ask for a small maintenance job after I arrived and 2 days later not
done.. Even spoke to reception the next day.. The offer to change room I
declined as only smoker rooms free...

Main advantages: I had to leave early in the morning the next day. I asked the staff at
the reception if I could have my breakfast (included in the rate) at
6:30 A.M. They prepared a well-packed breakfast bag for me to take away
in the morning. Very warm and welcoming service!

Main disadvantages: Very unfriendly (arrogant) stuff. Very poor breakfast. I wont stay in this hotel again ever just because of the terrible breakfast. They serve coffee in the cans, it tastes really bad and not hot. They do not have scrammbled eggs and choice of the food is limited.
Main advantages: The size of a double room is excellent (really big and thus comfortable). The arrangement of the room is excellent (layout planning).

Main disadvantages: Where our room was there was an awful smell in the hallway outside and the same smell was in our room too. We informed reception on departure and they were thankful. We didn't spend hardly any time in the room which is why it wasn't a huge problem but it would have been if we had.
Main advantages: The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to help. Breakfast was great too.

Main advantages: The staff was very accomodating. They helped make our stay very nice.
The best hotel we stayed in while in Europe. Bettine was exceptional in
her help to make reservations for several atractions. Magan was also
very good. She makes a great Irish Coffee.

Main advantages: I would highly recommend this hotel.Check in was quick,efficient and
very helpful.We were handed a guide book and map of Rotterdam with our
room keys.The room was spotless,roomy and very attractive.The usual
toiletries were in the bathroom and toothbrushes shaving gear etc. were
available free of charge.Breakfast was served from 7am to 11am and there
was a huge choice.We loved this hotel and it is only a 5 minute walk to
the shops ,restaurants and train station.

Main disadvantages: The only thing we weren't impressed with was the breakfast. It was a pretty standard buffet, not terrible at all -- the bread was nice and fresh, for example -- but we felt that the quality didn't really match up with the rest of the hotel.
Main advantages: Great location, just around the corner from the central station. The room was spotless and very comfortable. It had an indoor parking garage, which was a bonus, although you had to pay 15 euros a day to use it.
