Beaumont Maastricht is located a 3-minute walk from Maastricht Central Station and a 10-minute walk from the Vrijthof. It offers modern design accommodation with a flat-screen TV. Main disadvantages: I asked for a quiet room which is probably why we had a room overlooking utility courtyard with fans going all the time. With the window closed it was quiet though. It was a small dark room for a comfort room and the bathroom smelt of stale drains which I gather is a common problem in Maastricht but I don't think it is acceptable in a 4 star hotel. I know floorboards are trendy and clean but I quite like carpet. It just feels cosy and more luxurious.

Main advantages: Staff were polite and very efficient. The bed was firm but sooo comfortable. Bathroom was clean and shower fantastic although I do miss my bath ( Room 118). Both minibar and bath products fully restocked everyday. We missed getting a table in the restaurant ( book early on Saturday) but my daughter lives in Maastricht and has eaten there and says it is the best food in town. We didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel but I think it was quite expensive for the size of room etc. Very convenient for station and shopping.

Main disadvantages: I booked comfort double room, but the room was too small. I couldnt reach what is the more comfort there as in other rooms :) It was just normal hotel, nothing special. Expensive breakfast. They forget to fulfill minibar every day, only when I ask everything was done. As well they forgot to put new shampoo and other stuff. I had to remind.

Main advantages: Minibar was inculded in price. Nice friendly staff.

Main advantages: the rooms are beautifully appointed. The hotel has charm and character and the staff is outstanding - friendly, helpful and really well- versed in all things Maastricht.

Main disadvantages: It is noisy. Footsteps in the hallways and the floors above are quite loud and distinct, so forget about sleeping until the party goers have finished returning from the bars.

Main advantages: The location is great, and although I didn't eat there my local friends said the restaurant is excellent. I liked my little balcony and the view from there.

Main disadvantages: Limited closet space.

Main advantages: The rooms are practical, clean and quiet, the location of the hotel offers easy access to both the city center and the train station. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Main disadvantages: The car parking and breakfast were a little expensive but the breakfast was excellent.

Main advantages: The hotel staff were very helpful and cheerful. It is in a great position for sightseeing in Maastricht. The rooms were comfortable and quiet with easy access.

Main disadvantages: Only one minor thing and that´s the fact that the tv was small and far away from the bed.

Main advantages: The room was great, good size, also the bathroom was more spacious than I expected in the middle of the city center. Everything had a luxurious feel to it. Good value for money
