Main advantages: 5 of us were bicycling from Amsterdam to Antwerp and the location played a major role in our decision to book it. It's the perfect business hotel, clean & neat, and as we stayed one Sunday evening it was relatively deserted. On a very positive note, there was one, repeat one, employee visible who singlehandedly checked us in professionally, showed us a locked storage area for our bikes, mixed cocktails, fixed our dinner and very professionally handled our needs. Thx Joey! Breakfast was not included in the overnight rate but we opted for it and it was varied, fresh and a very good value before our last 50 mile leg to Antwerp.

Main disadvantages: A bit far out, had to taxi a lot into Roosendaal town centre or walk 35 minutes. The breakfast could be better , with more choice of the hot food,and also better stocked as food was running out at 930 and breakfast went onto 1030. Also building work was going on at the front of hotel right at the entrance so our shoes got muddy...perhaps we could have been notified prior to the stay..and some alternative entrance or walkway could have been put in place? Also in the mornings, you could not find anyone on reception as they were all serving meals or in the kitchen. I had to ring the desk bell several times and even then had to go and knock on the kitchen door to get someone to take my key as I was going out.

Main advantages: The hotel room was very comfortable and clean and lovely and quiet at the back of the hotel. The toiletries were nice as was the flat screen tv and selection of items from the mini bar were very reasonably priced.Also the reception area was lovely with the leather sofas and tv.
