| Main disadvantages: I was disappointed that all our group could not have non-smoking
rooms even though I booked the rooms well in advance and requested
non-smoking. |
| Main advantages: It was well situated in the canal zone. Easy walking distance to the
central train station. It was priced well for the location and
accomodations. Staff was friendly and breakfast, though not
extensive was good. |

| Main disadvantages: Room a bit small, but in the city center all houses are not big.
Description of parking on web-site is not clear. Public parking for 8
Euro is quite far from hotel. The parking near hotel costs 55 Euro
per 24 hours. |

| Main advantages: This is an interesting design hotel and we prepaid the hotel stay in advance. The hotel manager, Mr Ali is very personalized in his customer service. We had arranged for taxi airport arrival transfer but due to flight delay, the taxi decide not to pick us but Mr Ali came to pick us personally. We are most impressed with the service. The hotel breakfast though simple but very good.

| Main advantages: The hotel, as the name says, is like traveling a big distance in a
train, which is quite original. Specially children will like this. Very
friendly staff. Very close to Amsterdam central station. Nice breakfast.
Just across the street there's a parking, but very expensive at 55€ a
day, but finding a parking spot is a big issue in Amsterdam. |

| Main disadvantages: WiFi is very expensive: 6 euro per hour, 20 euro per day. This is too
much. The room is small even for me (I'm 168 sm). Very often I bumped
with my head on tv holder. |

modern comparing to Paris. |

definitely going with the theme of a train's compartment. |

| Main disadvantages: It's not so much something we didn't like, but we were a little
disappointed that the train theme didn't run throughout the whole hotel.
It was done really well in the reception and dining area, but not in the
corridors or rooms; it would have made a nice touch for the theme to run
throughout the whole hotel. |
| Main advantages: We liked the train theme and it wasn't too cheesy - a nice touch. The
hotel staff were very friendly and smiling all the time, always willing
to help. They even stored our bags for us after we'd checked out until
we needed to catch the train back to the airport - 6 hours after we'd
checked out. Reception was open 24hours a day, so it didn't matter when
we got lost and didn't get back 'til late! This hotel has a friendly,
relaxed atmosphere and was exactly what we needed for our city break.
This hotel is affordable and good value for money. |

as well as the storage space for our luggage when we were not able to

| Main disadvantages: Room was small with little room for luggage. Placement of bathroom mirror made use almost impossible. Perhaps a small mirror on a swivel arm would help. No airconditioning in room may be a problem on hot, humid nights. |
| Main advantages: I liked the train and railway decor - a change from usual hotels and a bit of fun. Location was very convenient for me. I had a back room so street noise was not a problem. Staff were very pleasant. Very helpful for tourist and transport information. |

| Main disadvantages: The mattresses were way too soft for my likings, and to watch televisionyou have to pay extra. For parking they actually send you to the Parkand Ride in Zeeborg which is reachable by tram from Central Station, butit will take you about 40 minutes for the roundtrip. |

| Main advantages: The hotel was not 5 star luxury but it was most definitely clean,comnfortable and very functional and therefore very good value for money. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate and the location was excellent given that I needed to take an early-morning train. |

| Main advantages: We saw several different staff during our short stay, but all were friendly and helpful. Our room (B208) was clean and comfortable, and was surprisingly quiet given the location! (We couldn't hear any noise outside with the windows closed.) Breakfast was standard buffet fare but plentiful and tasty, and the Pullman Lounge-style dining room quite cute. The location is ideal, especially as reception is staffed round the clock and they have a luggage room you can use beforehand if your room is not ready, and after you have checked out if your flight is later. There are also two vending machines, plus a large supermarket two doors along. All in all, very satisfied and would stay there again without hesitation. |

| Main disadvantages: I booked the last room and the room was on the top floor facing the road. Thus, it was quite noisy as we were at weekend. Maybe next time I will ask for quieter side. |
| Main advantages: I was pleasantly surprised to see such a cute hotel in central Amsterdam. The staff was very polite and willing to serve you. I enojoyed having breakfast every moring in their lovely lounge. The price was very reasonable considering the location. The room we had was on the smaller side but I was with my 3 years old daughter so maybe that is why. I higly recommend this hotel, especially a family with small children. I like that fact that they have secure luggage storedge and the safe in room. |

| Main advantages: It was our first time visiting Amsterdam/Europe, and I was glad to know that the hotel is very close to Amsterdam Centraal (Central Train Station in Amsterdam City). The location is very strategic, just a walking distance from Madame Tussauds-Dam Square and Canal Cruise Hop on - hop off terminal The receptionist/manager was very helpful, they even offered us extra breakfast (free) while we arrived at 10.00 AM, from the long hours flight. The hotel decoration is unique and lovely. The cleanness is great, we appreciate it. |
