Please note that the restaurant and bar will be closed on the 24th, 25th, 26th and 31st of December. Roomservice will not be available on those dates as well.

Main disadvantages: The hallways were falling apart, unkept and badly renovated. The pool area did not have any chairs or anything to put our towels on, also it was badly lit. The room had dust, especially under the bedside lights, which was not cleaned even after housekeeping came.

Main advantages: The outside facade was lovely, the availability of an indoor pool was good and the location was really good. Although it is across from the train station it was quiet in the rooms and we could take a walk into the city center right from the hotel.

Main advantages: Great location. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Staff was terrific. It's a resaonably priced hotel in a very nice city. We had a terrific visit.

Main advantages: Location gives easy access to shops, buses, trains and city centre. Hotel has a very friendly atmosphere. The room was excellent and the food was of a high standard.

Main advantages: We enjoyed the meals particularly.The dining room had a lovely view of all street activities and interesting happenings. All staff were friendly and thoughtful and spoke excellent English. We had a quiet room enabling us to rest and sleep comfortably. The convenience of location, so close to the Railway Station, served us well.

Albertus Deventer, Netherlands - Group tour

Main disadvantages: They wouldn't guarantee two separate beds (which we did get anyway, but still). Almost cancelled just because of that. Weird practice ... they can check what's in a room, can't they?

Main advantages: Real good beds. Not soft, but also not hard.
