Main disadvantages: When I went to book some treatments I was told that there was nobody there that could carry them out, I was really disappointed as this was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. There are is work going onat the in the indoor pool and sauna so I could not use these for my last two days

Main advantages: The staff were lovely very friendlyand helpfull. The breakfast was great and the location was perfect, close to the beach and the bus stop so so you could go anywhere, the cafe was also lovely.

Main disadvantages: I didnt like the air con system in the room and found it hard to sleep as did my two companions.

Main advantages: the hotel was in a central location and nice and quiet.The food was good and the staff were helpful.the swimming pools were clean and appreciated as the weather was very hot.

Main disadvantages: 1)The view of the balconies of the room,too much poor because of the presence of ugly buildings around 2) The external aspect of the walls of the hotel,most of which were uncared and decading. 3)The swimming pool ambient could be enriched more and should be better furnished .

John Dublin, Ireland - Group tour

Main disadvantages: The only bad thing is the location of the hotel. If we where going in return to Malta we would definately stay in the st. Juliens/ sliema area of the island as this was the best area for harbours and restaurants ect. St. Pauls bay where hotel Santana is located is not a nice area for restaurants ect.

Main advantages: The staff where very helpful and we upgraded to the suite for a very reasonable rate on our arrival. The suite was very nice with our own private jaccuzzi on the balcony. Dream room.

Main disadvantages: The worst thing is during breakfast. I wanted to drink water during the breakfast and when I went to ask the waiter where is the water he told me, we dont have water. You have to pay for it. Come on I only asked for a glass of water not for a coacktail!!

Main advantages: It was a reasonable price. Clean room. And nice hotel

Main disadvantages: Air conditioning barely kept the room fresh. Lift doors were closing too quickly. No access by wheelchair or push chair to roof pool. However staff helped us getting our pushchair to the roof pool. We would definitely treturn to the hotel.

Main advantages: In General I liked it a lot especially the staff, pool facilities, food & cleanliness. The room was extremely spacious. Views from the pool on the roof were amazing especially during sunset. Very good value for money. We would definitely go again.

Main disadvantages: You have to pay when you check-in,a you can get fridge for charge. At supper the cakes were refrigeration foods.

Main advantages: Really good value,the localization: close to bus stops,beach, friendly and helpful staff,the outdoor swimming pool is good to relaxing,breakfast and dinner were ample

Main advantages: the room was cosy and clean, it was quiet so I could sleep easily.the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel is far from the centre of Malta however it is next to the bus station so it is easy to get the bus. the breakfast as decent and offered variety of food.
