Main disadvantages: Indoor Pool not heated.

Main advantages: Very good service, friendly & helpful staff. Clean & nicely decorated for Christmas. Very good location to St Julians & Sliema. Shops and Buses nearby. Good buffet breakfast - good value for money

Main advantages: We have been to this hotel before and my wife and I both especially love the view we get from the balcony. What we were impressed with this time was that there were 9 days of activities to collect money for the less fortunate at this hotel.

Main disadvantages: Only 1 working pc for internet access, buffet food was limited, service was slow, hotel bar lacked atmosphere, no entertainment in the evenings on location

Main disadvantages: Do not use personal transport because the car park is usually full.

Main advantages: My wife and I travel extensively and usually to 5-star hotels but this time we chose this 4-star because of its location. The view from the balcony is stunning; my wife spent hours just looking out! The staff was very helpful and the buffet breakfast excellent. I look forward to repeat visits.

Main disadvantages: early morning traffic and busses and cars keep their engins running. But this is not often and when you keep the balcony door closed you don't hear much. And of course it is different when you have the seaside view side.

Main advantages: Good location, easy accessable, seaside view, nice people, clean room, great breakfast

Main disadvantages: On the Friday night of our arrival there was a big party going on in the hotel (I think I heard it was a rouge attorney convention, or maybe a traveling minstral drinking contest, I forget which), however the staff soon put an end to the excessive festivities before we had a chance to join in the fun (probably all for the best).

Main advantages: The staff was amazing, helpful and accommodating. I checked in/out with Raquel, who was warm and genuine, and a complete joy to talk to as well as being knowledgable abouty the area. I can say the same for the rest of the staff, the stunning blonde woman from The Netherlands with the enchanting smile, whos name I regrettably did not get, and Anthony, the security officer, who in spite of not having a propper security officer hat (which I think he deserves), was more than willing to help out with all duties, including escorting my travel companion back to our room after helping her find more towels.

Main disadvantages: I know, the week that we stayed there was exceptionly hot for the time of year. We were told that the air conditioning was turned off at that time of year.Which made our room very hot indeed. It would have been nice if we had the choice.

Main advantages: +The Location was wonderful, the value was good,and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
