Main advantages: Excellent staff and service, outstanding cleanliness and style in the rooms. The size of the triple we had was really great. Balcony with view was awesome, room had everything we needed - including refrigerator and A/C.

Main disadvantages: It is unacceptable to have "breakfast staff" sitting around smoking at the entrance to the breakfast room, chatting and showing absolutely no interest in providing anything. The only coffee was nescafe, although I was told upon checking out that if I had asked the three overweight female smokers that they would have made coffee for me (and others) and even provided more than bread for breakfast. The manager needs to provide a bit of supervision - and get new staff.

Main advantages: The room was large, very clean and had a nice view of the sea/fjord.

Main advantages: The room was spacious, elegant and beds very confortable. The hotel is located just 15 minuts of nice walking from Kotor or 5 minuts by taxi or car. It's a very good choice if you want to visit Kotor old city or leaving for a trip in the Kotor's bay and surrounding mountains. The staff was really helpful and speak a very good english. Furthermore there's a private parking with video-surveillance

Douglas Overijse, Belgium - Group tour

Main disadvantages: This minor and probably can not be changed, I thought it would be a little closer to old town Kotor. The distance is not huge (about 1.5 mile) and I walked several times to and from town.

Main advantages: Staff was helpful. I little problem with English language, but were willing to accommodate and provide information when asked. Good value for money, breakfast and internet connection included.

Main advantages: We found the hotel really comfortable and the service was excellent. The room was large and stylish overlooking the sea with a breathtaking view of the mountains from the balcony, reminiscent of Switzerland. Although we only stayed for two nights, the sheets were changed and the room cleaned after the first night. We had an excellent breakfast with hot food available. There was also parking which was very useful as the parking in Kotor itself was at a premium. The walk to the town was along the lake and only took about 20 minutes. Altogether an excellent choice of hotel.

Main disadvantages: It would be better if the room has been cleaned more often.

Main advantages: Very nice hotel, spacious room and balcony, sea and mountains view. Excellent location, not far from the Old town, beach, restaurants and shops. Friendly and helpful stuff. Good breakfast. We really liked it and would return there again. Thank you very much!

Main advantages: The hotel was excellent!!! Location is perfect, the staff was very polite, the room was big and comfortable. Thank you! I'll come back again. Additional info for next tourists: Kotor deserve more time to stay than Dubrovnik!
