Main disadvantages: The ringing of the nearby bell tower..

Main advantages: The room was excellent! Liked the bathroom and the chandelier.... We accidently left our jackets in the closet, the front of house staff, emailed and phoned us.. And had them delivered to our hotel in Budva....

Main disadvantages: We had difficulty with the air-conditioning system in the room, it just never seemed to get cool enough.

Main advantages: The reception staff were extrodinarily helpful, even drawing us maps for the area. The assistance with car parking and luggage made arriving and leaving hassle free. We liked being able to have our breakfast as late as we wanted! The decor of the hotel is quite funky and stylish as you would expect with a boutique hotel of this standard and the location was perfect!

Main disadvantages: I have only two complaints: disco music until the wee hours of the morning on Saturday nights; and the free wifi did not work with my Blackberry. I friend using a laptop had no problem logging in. But again, the staff was incredible and provided me with a loaner laptop when I needed one.

Main advantages: The staff was superb. They cheerfully fulfilled every request and then some. The rooms were beautiful and verz well furnished. Gorgeous marble bathrooms. Fantastic breakfasts, made to order.

Main disadvantages: I do not like to complain about a dance party but the music was a bit loud in the lounge on Saurday night and kept going late.

Main advantages: The front desk service was great. We decided on at the last minute to visit Kotor, so when we arrived, we had no idea of what to see or do. The front desk agent printed us infomraiton from a guide book and gave us all me maps we needed to see the most we could in a short period of time.

Main disadvantages: Only positive impressions.

Main advantages: Excellent location in the heart of Old Town in Kotor, extremely helpful staff, very clean and well-designed rooms. Everything we need has been provided within 1-2 minutes, so the time spent in Kotor was really relaxing. We could feel cosy even despite of the busy streets of the Old Town right under our balcony. Also, was nice to have an extended time for breakfast (till 1 pm!) which was unusual, and the food was great. Would definately recommend Astoria to all my friends.

Main disadvantages: Very noisy in our room (Gamma) in the morning (8 am) since the cleaning in the rooms in front of ours awake us every morning.

Main advantages: Great location and very friendly and helpful staff (more at the hotel than at the restaurant though). Room is nice, large, clean and well decorated. Great shower.

Main advantages: Fabulous location, fantastic staff, amazing rooms perfect bathroom, king size bed, soft pillows, view from windows, and gorgeous view! Excellent restaurant We loved it. It is more than perfect!!!
