Main disadvantages: The room was not as clean as I would expect from 5 stars. Something had been spilled on the floor and le and there were cobwebs and hair/dust in the bathroom. The floors were dusted but not washed so quite dirty. A shame because it could be easily done.
Main advantages: Lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. Good poolside facilities and a nice breakfast.

Main disadvantages: I could only get a room rate with halfboard and I didn't eat in the
hotel at all. I would like the option for accomodation only. I prefer
the Serbian food when travelling to Serbia & Montengro.

Main disadvantages: Room rates are not adequate for such a country as Montenegro, specially
that hotel was half full. Too small beach for such a big luxury hotel,
too far from the hotel. Loud music at night outside the hotel in the
city discoteque
Main advantages: Very kind srtuff, good air conditioning, branded guest amenities, nice
food. Four pools, including indoors one.

Main disadvantages: On arrival very upset with initial room allocation because of view was
on the side as opposed to proper sea view however the manager very
kindly upgraded us to a villa complex with a view but I have to say we
didnt really like the duplex style-in fact the whole hotel has been over
styled and would be more appropiate as a city business mans hotel in a
capital city than by the coast-everywhere it was dark and gloomy-not
quite the atmosphere you want on a summer holiday-so great for business
men but not holiday atmosphere and families
Main advantages: The hotel being in the best location next to the old city of budva-staff
at reception and in the restuarants very helpful at breakfast and dinner

Main disadvantages: Most of the staff doesn't speak English very well (but it's very nice people tho). Dinner half-board was not great. Spa has no free hidrojets (they charge you for using it), after massage they don't offer tea/tisane - could be better.
Main advantages: Great location (50 mts from Old Town entrance), very stylish hotel, room was spacious and bathroom was excellent. Having breakfast outside in sunny day, in front of the sea and the Sveti Nikolaj island is priceless. Also the bar is very nice.

Main disadvantages: unauthorised money amount waas chardged fro my credit card after i left tthe hotel. as i found that and contacted to the hotel - was said that noone can help me now. pls call in two days. i wrote them a letter, and still have no reply. the wrong amount was charged due to housekeeper's mistake with minibar drinks.

Main disadvantages: At the check out we were asked twice if we have consumed a Fruit Juice (3Euro) after we have declared that we have not consumed any of the drinks in the mini bar. This was embarrassing.
Main advantages: I really liked the location of the hotel and the design. The colors were cold and modern, the lighting was interesting. I loved the view from the outside swimming pool and the restaurant terrace.

Main disadvantages: Generally the albanians come there for a change, but also to use the spa, the pools especially. The water of the pools was very cold, which make them practically unusable. The sauna was for use after 6 p.m, I think for weekend is necessary to be open from 3 or 4 p.m.

Main disadvantages: No one helped us with our bags when arrived. The tiles around the edge of the pool are chipped and I cut myself. I would expect free wi-fi considering the price we paid for the room. Overall I expected more for a 5 star resort
Main advantages: You can't beat the location of this hotel, it's right on the water next to the old town. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It was good to have free parking on site for our car.

Main disadvantages: First issue - is a quality of service. Upon checking in we were provided a room with parking and constuction site view (we booked sea view room). After half an hour of argues thay gave us sea view villa (2 stairs: lounge+bedroom) since all sea view rooms were occupied. We were also charged 5 euro for bringing a couple of plates and a knife to the room - insane. The hotel is still under construction and building it's own beach area. So we were forced to get to the local beach (5-6 min walk from hotel). The last issue - the price. It's far too overpriced for such a quality for such a country since supply of such hotels in Montenegro is very poor.
Main advantages: The hotel has a perfect location right on the Budva's coast on the first lane of the sea. I guess generally it's one of the best hotels in Montenegro (if not the best) in its category (beach hotel). By saying "best" I'm not meaning price/quality ratio since it's a separate issue. It is very modern with good facilities (SPAs, pools, room types). Perfect view on the old town of Budva (not all the rooms). The design reminds a night club with walls painted black and LED lights. This could be an issue for many people as the hotel seems darker this way. However presense of wood and nature stones makes it a quite and relaxing place. So it's up to the taste. I'd prefer staying but not living in such place. Breakfast was very good.

Main disadvantages: Although not a problem for us, some guests found the walk outside up some steps to the restaurant a bit of a problem as some of the escalators were not working at times.
Main advantages: Nice central position just across paved area opposite old walled town of budva. Good facilities and nice sea view which we were upgraded to free of charge.

Main disadvantages: The hotel is much too dark, the lighting is absolutely insufficient,especially if you are there off season it feels like the hotel is abandoned and empty. The automatic lighting in the hotel corridors is not good, when you get out of the elevators it is pitch black and the sensors turn on much too late. This is a security issue as well since it is impossible to see if anyone is in the corridor. The continuous elevator muzak that plays all over the hotel should definitely be taken away, it becomes a real nuisance after a while. The appearance of the hotel rooms are definitely not up to the standard that you would expect from this hotel.
Main advantages: Wonderful spa area with really great staff in the spa. The location was beautifully set, the staff was very helpful. The bar area was very comfortable and spacious,sofas arranged in a good way for individual groups, it had a lovely view over the sea, the restaurant was nice as well with a good breakfast.
