Only 150 metres from the municipal beach and Budva's old town, Apartments Butua is fully adapted for disabled people. It offers rooms and apartments with balconies and free Wi-Fi. Main disadvantages: No Internet in the rooms.

Main advantages: Family run hotel with friendly owners and attentive staff (particularly the lady in the breakfast room). New and modern buildiung with elevator and garage. Good value for the money.

Main advantages: We were highly impressed by the service and friendliness of everyone at the Apartments. We were upgraded to a 2-bed 2-bath suite and it was fantastic. If ever we came back to Budva we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Main disadvantages: Satellite television not working properly (problems with Italian and French channels - in any case many East Europe channels and few West Europe channels). Problems with WiFi connections (working properly only in the lobby). Tables in the breakfast room are too big and arranged in such a way that people have problems in sitting -> better would be smaller tables. Breakfast might be copious for East European standards but does not correspond to Western 4-stars standards: no toasts, no yoghurt, no pastries (or very limited choice).

Main advantages: New building with facilities for disabled people and its own garage (place to be reserved). Helpful and friendly staff. NIce room with kitchenette (ideal for two persons but not with one child - standard room too small).

Main advantages: If you're visiting Budva, then this is the place to stay. We stayed for 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel is very up to date, having only been built a couple of years ago. The rooms were a decent size, especially as we had our own balcony.The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. With onsite parking and a nice breakfast every morning, you'd be hard pressed to find anywhere else just off the boardwalk, that's as nice for what they charge a night. We can't wait to go back.

Main advantages: A nice and clean hotel with breakfast, closed garages and a small library (books about Montenegro). The staff is helpful in any kind of questions. The hotel is in 5 minutes from the sandy beach and in 10-12 minutes from the Mogren beach. There is a big supermarket in 3 minutes from the hotel.

Main disadvantages: It's hard to find the hotel. Because in budva nobody knows the names of the streets. You must find tourist info point to ask.

Main advantages: Rooms are clean and furnitures are new. Rooms have balcony. Hotel staff are kind and helpful. Place is central 5 minutes walking to the beach and 10 minutes to old town.

Main advantages: Very nice! Our rest was very pleasure, the staff in hotel is exellent. The cleaning of rooms is exellent too. The hotelkeeper is very hospitable woman. Breakfasts was better, than in 5* hotel! Our company wants to say "thanks" to all the staff of hotel, separately to Vesna! Veronika, Bohdana, Oksana.

Main advantages: Very friendly and helpful staff. Although only a little English spoken, conversation and assistance was possible via google translate. Vesna was particually nice and friendly. Complementary bottle of wine was a nice touch. A local celebratory water polo player also uses the hotel as a base.
