Main advantages: Very nice hotel but very expensive. The staff were very friendly.
Checkout was a nightmare as there were only 2 persons to handle
the desks front desk was located near the large column which hides
the desks.

Main disadvantages: 1) you had to get towels from the leisure center - it would have been nice to have someone on the beach..2) you could not get a snack on the beach you had to go into the hotel to eat, not convienient when in swim wear.

Main disadvantages: The prices for extras were outrageous. You had the feeling that because
it was such an upscale hotel, it was expected that even simple things--
drinks, food and internet--should be expensive as well. Perrier water
was 6.50 euros and most cocktails and alcoholic beverages were in the
range of 10 to 20 euros. It made hanging out on the beach all day
impossible. You had to find somewhere else to eat and drink affordably.
Internet became wireless half-way through our stay and only in the
common areas not in the rooms. The cost for 24 hour internet was 19 euros--
again, you had the feeling you were being nickeled and dimed.
Also was surprised for the cost of one night's stay, the beds didn't have feather pillows. However, the bed overall was very comfortable
Main advantages: We loved that it had a private beach (that was huge for us) and it's
location in regards to the board walk and restaurants. Breakfast was
very good--fresh and varied. Staff was friendly, Pool was fabulous!
Loved the salt water. It was so refreshing and soft on the skin. Overall
the hotel was beautiful.

Main disadvantages: Hotel corridors are too noisy, should put notices everywhere. Guests are
not courteous at all . food prices in all the menus are grossly
exagerated compared to the rest of monaco. Children menu is very limited
and not very healthy. Gym is very small and no spa at all.
Main advantages: Location is great. Staff is excellent and very friendly. Pools and beach
are great and well kept. Concierge services are exceptionally good.

Main disadvantages: It is impossible to sleep in the city view rooms: hard voice of Ferrari
and Lamborghini motors easily penetrates through thin windows during 24
hours a day. The prices for drinks are unreasonably elevated.
Main advantages: Very good location. Excellent stuff. Nice atmosphere.

Main disadvantages: Some small infrastructures details need to be fixed: worn part in the lift and floor corridors.That said, the only real negative point is internet, for a 5 stars hotel one's would expect it free 24 hours, instead is expansive and complicated.
Main advantages: The view by the sea and swimming pool, clean as a 5 stars hotel should be.

Main disadvantages: Room was noisy because of rubbish removal at 00H40. When I complained I was told that all the rooms on that side of the hotel are noisy. But this was never indicated whn booking.

Main disadvantages: Pricing of some items was odd: 20 Euro for soup, but only 40 Euro for rack of lamb.Dont exchange dollars at the hotel.
Main advantages: Exceptional quality and very convenient location to the sights in Monaco; the restaurant food was exceptional in taste.

Main disadvantages: Room seemed quite small for the price, and thicker glazing may be useful for the side facing the road, made it quite hard to sleep!

Main disadvantages: We booked and paid for a sea view room and unfortunately on arrival they smiled and gave us the keys and confirmed that it was a sea view room, when we got to the room though it was only a sea view if you craned your head over the balcony!! It was a corner room next to a noisy main road!! I took exception to this and decided to the very unbritish thing of complaining, they gave us free breakfast for the entire stay (it was a buffet so no real hardship for the hotel!!) but they did move us the next day after our persistence and we did get the sea view we wanted, so all was well in the end.
Main advantages: The salt water pool was lovely, as was the whole of the pool area, the settings of the beach bars were idylic and perfect for a romantic break, the pillows on the beds were the best I have ever slept on and if I could have I would have left my clothes there and packed the pillows to bring home! The staff were friendly and helpful and overall the experience was a good one,
