Main disadvantages: The room was close to the stairs, so the noise of loud music from the bar or restaurant was disturbing. I also was slightly disappointed having a shower for disabled or eldrley...One side of blinds was broken. Therefore, would be nice to ask the client if they requared facilities for special needs.

Main advantages: First of all, the great location.

Main advantages: Stayed for one night only. My impression: room was spacious enough (I've stayed in double room); breakfast was quite good for a 3* hotel (includes fried eggs, mini-sausages, hot porridge(?), steamed vegetables mix, and the usual variety of cold dishes); staff was readily helpful (spoke several languages: Lith, Eng, Rus ... that much I heard them speaking).

Main disadvantages: Breakfast not very special. No apparent air conditioning in room made it quite stuffy. Rooms face onto very busy road and with no air conditioning you need the windows open so it was quite noisy.

Main advantages: Very modern clean hotel. Room nicely designed.

Main disadvantages: We had two Finnish Mastercards with us and neither of them worked in the hotel payment terminal! Luckily they worked in ATMs nearby so we could get cash and pay with it. In our room, we did not have an air conditioner which was a pity because the weather was really humid (which was a surprise for us) so opening the window did not help. So we had two sweaty nights in July. But when we looked out of the window, we noticed that they are installing air conditioners(ilmalämpöpumppu) so I guess the situation is getting better.

Main advantages: Magnus Hotel is situated near the Kaunas railway station which was perfect for us because we wanted to take a train to Vilnius. Also the bus station is on the other side of the road. Not so close to the old town but you could walk there in 20-25 minutes or take a bus. The shopping center Akropolis was within 5 minutes walk. Breakfast was served as a buffet and it was good enough for us and was served on time. It included rolls, toast, cerials, yoghurt, eggs, some warm dishes, cookies, coffee, tea, juice. There was a possibility to leave your luggage in a locked room after the check-out.

Main disadvantages: The guy at the reception at night was very rude and disrespectful. There is no internet in rooms, and lighting in the rooms must be a bit better.

Main advantages: The service, rooms and all others were worth of price. Furniture, internal finishing materials were good, except the sink in bath, it was too small. Beds were comfortable, tv was ok.
