Main advantages: Hotel is in a great location with easy access to all the sites and

Main disadvantages: Breakfast is a disaster. Breakfast room looks like a canteen. Collecting
waste from all tables on the trolley between a guests is disgusting.
It's a pity as this completely destroyed the hotel image.

Main disadvantages: We ordered a tranportation from the airport to the hotel beforehand by
email. Taxi never showed up (our flight was early and we waited an hour)
finally after we noticed that nobody was coming we took another taxi
which was ok. But a very very unpleasant surprise was waiting for us
when we were checking out: we had to pay fo the hotel the taxi that
didn´t come!!! I was so stunned and I didn´t believe the receptionist.
Unbelievable and so inconvienent. I try to explain that we waited a very
long time for nothing and I hade to pay for that...
Main advantages: Our room was quiet, clean and big enough. Breakfast was not excellent
but good. Location ok

Main advantages: The building was very nice and the interior also. Especially I liked that dogs were allowed and the backyard. The bed was very comfortable, hotel staff was very polite and helpful. If I ever go back to Lithuania, I would definitely choos this hotel and even take my children with me. Really nice experience!

Main disadvantages: Felt very relaxed in the bar and restaurant where we were very well looked after with out feeling smothered.
Main advantages: The staff were so welcoming, when arriving in minus 10 it was so pleasant to be met by the smiling, helpful reception and bar staff, we were given a tour off the spa and told about the history of the hotel which was very interesting.

Main disadvantages: I was told there is sauna and jakute however, when I was there, I was told it costs 40 euros/ hour. The sauna was the reason why i took this hotel. We were all very, very dissapointed to this! It is wrong to tell that there is a sauna if you can´t use it for any time withour paying! As we were eating it took over one hour to get the food. When we got the food, it was wrong. And for the dessert we had to be waiting for half on hour! Breakfeast was not so good! All the time for the stuff was to conferance guests and normal people were after them. The hotel people could speak better english.
Main advantages: The hotel was new, clean and there was a televison in each room.

Main advantages: Brilliant hotel in an excellent location. Staff friendly and very helpful. Room was spotless and the air con was handy. Only made breakfast the once but was a nice choice and tasted good. Trip was made even better by the scotland football team also staying here!! Would definately stay here again.

Main advantages: I stayed at this hotel when travelling to a Scotland football match against Lithuania. The hotel is in central Kaunas in a relatively quiet street within easy walk 5 mins of the main street in Kaunas. The twin was on the 4th floor and was very attractive, much better than you normally expect, and less identkit than most European hotels... most importantly it was clean and had all you need. The bar offered good value about £6 for 4 beers and the hotel must have a good reputation as the Scotland football team stayed there on the nights before the match and ate there also. In the morning the hotel staff were very efficient helped us arrange taxis to the airport. Next time I am in Kaunas I will probably stay in this hotel.

Main advantages: To sum up this hotel I would say excellent accomodation, stayed in many 5* Hotels and this beats them all hands down. Comfort, room service, spa, facilities, food, drink, location and staff all excellent. Would reccommend to anyone visiting Kaunas on vacation or business.

Main advantages: The hotel is really nice, it is pleasure to stay there. The atmosphere was calm and we really relaxed- as it was planned. Location is good - the Old town is within a few minutes walk, as well as a huge shopping centre- in the opposite direction.
